In the 3 years I’ve lived here I can honestly say We have no complaints. Our issues are always adressed in a timely manner and the management is always great.

we love it! great place to live, close to everything, but really quiet. There is a field behind the 176 side that my dog loves to run around and play on.

Very helpful and accommodating!! Apartments and grounds are well kept though pricey. Able to contact people easily for questions. Highly recommended

Beautiful updated apartments. All new appliances. Excellent management. Excellent maintenance. Incredible amenities. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.

Quiet and homey place to live. Maintenance is super responsive and helpful. Only bad side is how often and long the pool gets shut down for.

My children love their home, here at appleton square. The living space is beautiful and relaxing. Can’t forget about the amazing pool, the workout gym, and all the fully equipped grills.

Appleton Square Apartments are beautiful, both inside and out. The management and maintenance are all extremely friendly and responsive. The included amenities are amazing. There is a pool, a gym area, a dog park, and multiple grills to use all year round!

Great place to live, allows pets, quiet neighborhood, near restaurants, schools, shopping, entertainment and more! Has a pool, clubhouse, business center for getting work done in the clubhouse, a gym, decent parking, friendly and helpful staff, especially maintenance they have helped me out of a lot of jams, they are total VIPs in my book and keep this place running and held together, can’t thank them enough for what they do. 9.5/10 place to live fire sure!

Been here for 4 months so far and it’s great. Very quiet living with excellent management and timely maintenance response. Very nice ly maintained grounds. Pool is now open and can’t wait to use it. Overall a positive experience here

My apartment is very quite and rarely need any service requirements! Very satisfied of my stay in my apartment 205A! The few people that I meet surrounded my area are very friendly!

Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for something that’s worth the monthly rent fees and additional expenses that feel like a money grab like not even having one free parking spot.

We love the area, the peaceful environment, the location and the buildings. One thing we could and actually the entire condominium is preventive maintenance and professional care.

It’s been almost 3 years and I have no complaints! Maintenance is amazing. They resolve any issues within a reasonable timeframe. The office is always communicative and also respond in a timely manner.

A little pricey. Cheaper would get 5 stars. The grounds are nice and clean. The newer apartments are Beautiful. Paid parking is a downgrade but at least you have a sign parking. The pool and gym area are nice and clean. The grilling area is new and set up nice.

The experience here has been great! The apartments are safe and well kept. The gym could use a bit more equipment but solid if you’re in a pinch.

Thíis is my 4 th year staying here . It has been quite a good and positive experience so far. I just wish that rent was less expansive ( rent has increased considerably since I first moved in ).

The apartments and amenities are great. There’s a pool, gym, grilling areas. I love my apartment and I love management. Some of the other residents ruin the experience, which is why it’s not 5 stars, but that is everywhere. Some people just don’t like following the rules.

I love the place because its design and location. Management needs to pay attention to proper preventive maintenance of the facility. They are always reacting to repeating problems. There's not a recycle policy in place and no containers available to residents. There's only 2 dumpsters for the whole community where all type of organic and inorganic trash is dumped: plastic, glass, furniture, diapers, electric items, etc... literally everything. As expected, visitors like raccoons and squirrels are all over the place including our porch, roofing and probably inside walls because scratching noises can sometimes be heard.

Very nice and quiet neighborhood. The office staff is supper friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is always on time and solves issues quickly. Neighbors keep to themselves and nice to each other. It is very convenient that they have washer/Dryer inside the apartments. We are very glad to live here!

The staff is great, maintenance is great, and the area is so peaceful. This apartment complex takes such good care of its residents. I’d highly recommend this place as a home!

So far we loving it here. Tony, his partner in crime are amazing. Taking care of all your handy needs. The management team treats you with respect and always says hello. Happy to be having a baby in this community

If you enjoy smelling pot smoke at all hours of the day and night, this is the place for you. It doesn't matter that the buildings are supposed to be no smoking! And don't worry about complaining to management because they won't do anything.

I have lived here for 7 years and have recommended it several times.

In May 2019, we were told our deck was unsafe to be on an a padlock was installed preventing us from using this. Two months later we have no information on when the deck will be fixed. We repeatedly spoke to the office and were told every time that there would be more information next week and when the next we came we were told that they do not know. We were told that they have known this deck needed repairs since 2013, 6 years prior! When we expressed concern that the number of exits we had were reduced in case of a fire, we were told that the windows in our 3rd floor apartment counted as fire exits although there were no fire escapes. They also suggested we get a ladder to throw out the window in case of a fire. Appleton Square management did not address our safety concerns and is going to raise our next years rent despite us having less amenities than when we moved in. I would not recommend renting here.

I would recommend this location because it is a comfortable and quiet living space that anyone could call home.

The apartment is great. Just a few issues with people not picking up dog poop, leaving trash in hallway and smoking weed in my building.

I would recommend Appleton Square, but I would be honest with my own personal experiences living here for so long. Overall, it has been a positive experience.

I have been here for ten years and regrets that the new tenants have no ownership in the property, throwing litter and cutting through grass, not using walkways.

This is a place you can call home. The minute you walk in the apartment community you can feel the time and dedication they took to take care of the community. There's space for every and every prices.

The parking situation is not good for tenants, especially when I have to work late. Many times I have a hard time finding space, as there are cars parked here that DO NOT have resident stickers. There should be assigned spaces for tenants near their apartments. This is especially true on weekends when tenants have guests that park in resident spaces. It should be posted at the entrance that parking here is for residents only, and illegally parked cars will be towed. There were two occasions this past winter I had to park across the street in the guests lot as there were no spaces near my apartment. The parking situation should be addressed.

I would. Based on the absorbent rents in the area, Appleton Square is in line with current rates, although the area as a whole is getting priced out. People working closer to Boston will be able to find attractive rates to be closer to work. If rents continue to increase, some folks may be willing to pay a bit more and be closer to work, even if its a matter of 5 or 10 miles.

I would recommend because it is quiet and clean. The landscaping always looks great, and the staff is very attentive, polite and helpful. I would not recommend for long term living due to the high increase of rent every year.

this is a pleasant place to live. everyone is so nice to each other. it has great amenities like a large workout room with large screen TVS & a wonderful pool for the summer & colorful lounge chairs with umbrellas & dining tables. it also has 2 grills for all to use. right next door to 495.
