The prices online are way off from what their telling you over the phone by hundreds of dollars and the leasing agent has a attitude problem
Went into the property to see about any available units and the office team was so welcoming. I will be returning August when my lease is up. They made me feel right at home!!
The office staff and maintenance has been great since new management has took over.

I am so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly the management and staff. They are kind, responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to highest quality standards.
The office staff is GREAT! My encounter with the manager and assistant was wonderful.
Apartment hunting and came across their site on Apartments.com, set an appointment via the TOUR link and drove an hour only to be advised by the woman in the leasing office that availability wouldn't open up until after September. I strongly suggested they update their Tour info. Needless to say I wasn't happy about wasting my time and gas money. Please do better.

I've been a resident at this property for a lil over 4yrs now and I've seen a few management come and go. So a few months back I went to load my laundry card at leasing office and put had put over $30 on my card since I only get to wash once a month. I preceded to start my laundry, and when I returned to put them in the dryer I suddenly realized that all of the dryers had no. Power [apparently I guess a circuit had been blown though the company who own's the washers came 3 days later it was about 3 or 4 months before the laundry rom was back open and running] But when I explained to the leasing office what happened ,They told me well cant I just walk half a mile down the road with a ton of went cloths to a laundry mate that allows me to dry for free sure. I had wasted probably $50 or $60 on detergent alone so it was a waste and on top of it all the wouldn't even reimbursed me for that and i still had to spend more to fix the inconvenient they were all was rude and the would over talk you as if they weren't concerned with you issues But the new staff is extremally accommodating welcoming and always available to assistance to what ever your needs or concerned are about with your resident's on top of resolving the issue in a well timely matter they also replace the air filters every 3 months unlike some sleez bags there comforting and very easy to talk too recommend this property to every if I could its a great place to fell safe and Neighborly i love the new crew especially MS Cinthia thanks for you hard work Le'Barron Dickenson

I sent a message asking about their credit requirements and when they replied they called me "Ms. Person" and they said they did not have any 3 bedroom apartments. I asked them about 1 bedroom apartments, not 3 bedroom apartments. So I tried to call them and they hung up the phone on me. I called again and could not get through. I went to leave a voicemail but it says the voicemail box is full. I'd still like my original question answered by them. I just hope they don't treat the tenants the same way.
