Golden sits fifteen miles due east of downtown Denver on Interstate 70, where the urban landscape begins to give way to the rugged beauty of the Front Range. Property Ratings at Applewood Gables Townhomes
These townhomes are an amazing deal! With the amount of space you get plus the high quality of the townhomes, you can't find anyplace else around that will beat their price. The managers have been exceptionally easy to work with and have taken care of any issue I've had very quickly. The grounds are beautiful! Lush green grass, lots of flowers, bushes, and trees. It's a nice, quiet area. No big parties or loud people around. It's a very convenient location. Close to the Colorado Mills mall, grocery stores, shopping centers, restaurants, and banks. Would very highly recommend!
Stay away from this place...Management is horrible..The manager gets into everyone's business however if you ever need any repairs made then you will never get a return call from her. I went three months with a broken dishwasher and could not even get her to return my phone calls. The only thing that gets done at this place is the managers hair.
This place was horrible. I had bugs and attempted to contact the manager for several weeks to report the problem, but never received any response. I even went over to her apartment (she lives on site) buy she would not answer her door. When ever I had something break, it was better to just fix it myself, then to wait months for a response. Then to make things even worse, when I finally did get a maintenance guy to come over...he shrugged and said he didn't know what was wrong. Good luck getting your deposit back also....even after cleaning and cleaning my apartment, I could never get an answer from the Manager about my deposit. Stay away from this place
