The WORST PLACE ever
Hot elevator that breaks down often, urine in fire escape and elevator, others can leave their vehicles and don't live there, constant foot traffic never feeling safe, children have nothing to do so they vandalized the building running through hallways kicking at the doors etc, and trash from people's homes end up in the halls, parking area, and fire escape

They do not have a security guard people who don't live here can come in when ever they get ready. They do not have anyone to keep the hallway clean.
