Overall I have been having a decent experience. Nothing completely negative to make mention. I think the line of communication could use some Improvements. For instance; if you said “me and my manager are going to review somethings and call you back” I’m expecting a phone callback. It should not have to take for me to call you back to see if now is a good time to speak. Slight inconvenience to me. This is a reflection to someone coming to this community. But the location and the unit is amazing so that’s the silver lining. I’m a firm believer in “mean what you say, and say what you mean”. Just my personal Opinion. Of my experience.

Love the location. The management team is always super helpful and quick to response. Love my apartment and the view. Maintenance and security could be a little better. The sign out front has been broken for a couple years now and the gate is usually broken.

Since I’ve moved in my AC has broken down 3 times. My AC unit is the oldest one when I look at the others in my building. Every day I see old appliances being taken out of vacant apartments and being replaced with new ones, yet when I asked about the appliances being replaced in my unit, there is no answer as to if they are going to do it or not. I don’t know who the genius is that installed the fire alarm inside of the bedroom in the apartment, but this is the third time this month that it went off for whatever reason and it took over an hour for the alarm to stop. When I tried calling the leasing office to inquire about the alarm, no one answered the phone. The walls are so thin, and you can hear everything that takes place in the apartments above you.
The outside property on back needs be taken care of little more. Grass should be lower since this is pet friendly apartment. Otherwise I’ve only lived here 1 week and only issues are neighbors that woke me up at 4 am stomping thru apartment.

Poor maintenance on the inside and outside of the apartment, dirty stove , dirt everywhere , Ducts and Vents completely dirt. Fridge is not working properly. Expectation was high, but the reality is low. From 1/10 i will gave you by now -0 A little nightmare at Millenia.

I really like the staff and the amenities here. I also like that the price is very modest and the location is PERFECT. Being close to the mall is a plus, and the region has many plazas and restaurants to try.

So far so good. No complaints yet. Bedroom is small for me and appliances and cabinets need to be upgraded. Move in was quick and easy process.

I moved here little over a month ago and it’s been smooth sailing so far. I really love the valet trash pick up and all the amenities offered. Although I don’t use them all it’s nice to see my neighbors enjoying themselves. The only issue I’ve had so far is the fire alarm incident that took hours to shut off in the middle of the night, but management quickly sent an email the next morning saying they’re working on making sure it won’t happen again. Appreciated that!

Aqua staff made move in easy. Had some difficulty with the mail box key and they made me new keys and checked them to make certain they would work. They also took the time to show me the amenities and how to get to each one.

I had high hopes for my move to Aqua at Millenia, but my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Two months prior to my scheduled move-in date, I had meticulously planned every detail, including hiring movers, setting up utilities, and arranging for internet installation. However, the day before my move, everything fell apart. When I went to the leasing office to finalize my move-in details and submit my deposit, I was informed that my unit had been changed without any prior notification. This was incredibly frustrating, as I had specifically chosen and confirmed a unit two months prior. To make matters worse, I was then told that the unit I had been reassigned to had experienced a significant leak and was no longer available for occupancy. The management's solution? To offer me a more expensive 2-bedroom unit or a smaller studio, both of which were completely unacceptable alternatives. I insisted on the unit we had originally discussed, but they couldn't accommodate my request and simply offered a refund instead. Now, with just three days until my scheduled move-in date, I'm left scrambling to find alternative housing. The sheer incompetence and lack of communication from Aqua at Millenia's management have left me feeling frustrated and abandoned. If a leak in one of their units was severe enough to render it uninhabitable, I shudder to think about the potential maintenance issues throughout the complex. I intend to share my harrowing experience on every platform available to ensure that others are spared from the same ordeal. Potential renters, beware: Aqua at Millenia's unreliable management could leave you homeless at the last minute, with no regard for the inconvenience and upheaval it causes.

Been living here for almost 3 years now, the apartment is fine as long as you don’t get stuck with terrible upstairs neighbors that stomps and slams things all hours of the day & night like I did . Honestly certain times unbearable especially when you have a lil one trying to take a nap and they wake up from it 1/2 the time. Office staff is hard to get in touch most of the time. Maintenance Is very fast and kind. Areas is nice as well.

Been living here for a while and honestly Tom the manger is helpful and a cool guy. Issues with speeding in the parking lot needs to be resolved. Trucks and bigger vehicles shouldn’t park on the corners of the parking garage makes it hard to see. The workers in the office need to pick up and return calls. Other than that I the apartment complex is really nice. Needs to expand on the dog park area and maybe add a small play ground or hangout spot in the back. Gym is nice, Pool is amazing, theater room looks nice haven’t used it yet and the area is great outside of traffic.

When you send a maintenance request, it is acknowledged immediately; including an on call availability on weekends and evenings. They are quick to fix the problem and usually completed on the first call/

The Aqua is a well established community with some very nice values; one being having the upscale Millenia Mall in our backyard and a dedicated walkway to the mall. The new manager, Tom is friendly and doing a great job maintaining the landscaping and providing help for tenant needs. The maintenance staff is always on time, courteous and swift to take care of any repair. I would definitely recommend The Aqua as a great place to live in an upscale community. Mike Wells

I have lived at Aqua for almost 10 years and have always found it to be a very pleasant, safe place to live. The office and maintenance staff are very responsive to my needs and are always friendly and courteous.

I absolutely love living here at Aqua! My entire amenities list was covered when I was looking for a new spot. Its classy yet affordable. I could not ask for better. The staff is professional and attentive and the maintenance staff is the absolute best.

I been living in Millenia since 2016.. it was nice and calm community, about 2 yers ago (2019) the service started to decline and now in recent months is getting worse and worse.. horrible service and respond time for maintenance request..Horrible cleanliness .. security and safety are horrible... loud music specially during sleeping hours ( over night) and the community is not able to force its rules.
