We’ve been so grateful living here. We have two littles (kids) and we did wish there were more space for common areas only reserved for humans so we didn’t have to worry about stepping in poop or sitting in dog pee, but we love the hammocks and chairs provided to give us that comfort and peace of mind! We’ve bbq and swam when the weather allows and it’s been fantastic! Most of the time we feel like we own the place because we’re the only one there! Neighbors are friendly and kind, and the kiddos love saying hi to the woo woos as they walk past us when we leave or get home. It’s been home for us for a year and it’s been wonderful!

Well I don't move in until December, but the experience I had on the tour with Ian was amazing. Took his time showing me around, answering my questions and helping me with the paperwork. The pool is lovely this time of year and the funny smells that were wafting around this part of the swamp in the heat of the summer are far less abundant now that the weather has cooled down.

Very nice facility....fitness center, pool and clubhouse, along with monthly functions, clubs to join, park with fountain and cornhole, several barbeques.

This this the very nice place for our family and pet (Minky and Soula). We enjoy the club, swimming pool, and gym. The neighborhood is very clean.

A new place with a lot of potential and a lot to figure out. It seems like it's going to be hard for the whole living experience to be worth the expense, but there weren't any other good options. It beats camping out, I suppose.

The staff at this community are great. Amanda has an amazing team in Savannah, Freddie and Richard. With the property being brand new, the staff may not be aware of issues inside each apartment, but when made aware they are on top of it right away. The communication is great. I appreciate them all.

I recently visited the property and when I did I was greeted by Savannah. She was very welcoming and had lots of knowledge about the property. Upon touring I was met with beautiful apartments and a wonderful community. If you are looking to find your next home.. look no further because this is the one!! For tours ask for Savannah!

I have nothing but good things to say about Aquatera! My husband and I love living in this community. The apartments are beautiful and there are so many nice amenities. They have the best management team! Amanda, Jodie and Savannah are the best!!
