Property Ratings at Aquatera
If I could give 20 stars I would! I have lived here for about to be 4 years now and this place is great! The solar power is amazing, the property in general is great there is always maintenance workers around, the amenities are AMAZING - the pool area is DOPE and honestly the fitness center is one of the nicest ones I have ever seen at an apartment complex, it's great having single car garages for extra storage, they bring in food trucks and have community events such as Cinco de Mayo which is catered ..I really can't say enough about the place. Rent is also pretty affordable and management has been extremely workable during these hard times. Which brings me to my next point .. We've had quite a bit of management come and go through through the years that I have lived here, but this last year a new community director was brought in named Carlos and he is a gift to this community and earth! I originally came in contact with him trying to contact our old community director and Carlos responded telling me he was the new man on campus. I honestly didn't expect much given my previous experiences with property management and the property management here, but boy was I mistaken. Not only did he respond to my emails same day, we had a back an forth exchange and he went out of his way to investigate the problem and schedule a call with me to make sure I was in the loop/felt comfortable and informed. Any issue I have had since (and let me preface this by saying I am not one to have a lot of issues) whenever I contact him he ALWAYS responds same day if he is in the office or the following day if he happens to be out of office. He will add the pertinent team members to the email and take whatever steps necessary to solve the problem. And then this is my favorite part and honestly where most people in life lack .. HE FOLLOWED UP AFTER to make sure the issue was resolved ... imagine that? It's the little things like this that go SUCH a long way and Carlos does them. He really makes you feel as if you are a team rather than management vs. tenant, which is something I personally have never experienced or heard of, and it honestly makes for a more peaceful and efficient community. And on top of all of this, he just has the most calm and soothing personality .. you can just tell he is a genuine person. I honestly cannot say enough good things about him and I am SO grateful he came to our community..we really needed someone like this, especially during these tough times.
