I tried to schedule 2 separate apartment tours here, once through apartments.com and then once through Arabella’s own website. Both times I showed up for my scheduled tour (which included several email and text confirmations) the leasing office was closed and I was turned away by cleaning staff. Why offer tour slots and send confirmations knowing full well the office is closed and no one will be there? Waste of time.
I have lived at Arabella Apts. for over 3 years and it is quiet and the Leasing mgr., Christine is very professional and easy to work with and the maintenance man, Pablo, does great maintenance work, in a timely fashion.

This used to be a wonderful complex when I first moved in 9 years ago, now it has gone so downhill. The handy man Pablo has a bad attitude, the new tenants are just terrible. I had lived in this complex for 6 years and not ONE problem with a single neighbor. Three years ago I got some new neighbors under me and the man who lives there is the most inconsiderate piece of garbage. He blasts his music at all hours of the day and night and the manager does nothing about it. She says she will, however it has been three years now and it is still going on. She has been complained to about him by several tenants and the police have been called on him numerous times and yet he is still here and worse I find out he is not even on the lease. Most managers would have kicked him out by now and I and the other tenants feel we should not have to live under these circumstances, especially from someone whom is not supposed to be here in the first place. Best advice I have for someone apartment shopping, do not go to Arabella. Take your money elsewhere.

The staff is nice but there are roaches, the "grass" is a patchy brown mess and 90% of the time the pool is closed and dirty during the 2 years i have lived here, and ROACHES. I wish someone had written a review like this to save me from renting here and in hindsight would have rather spent the extra $95 dollars a month for a new place with a real clubhouse and nice pool that will actually be open. Do not recommend unless you like roaches and 70's style old looking apartments with lots of holes in the corners for roaches to enter through.

My wife and I just recently moved into the Arabella Apts. and we have had a great experience with the leasing Mgr. Jenny, and all her staff people are very attentive. The common grounds are maintained great, and the place is very quiet with good neighbors, and we look forward to staying here a long time.

This used to be a great place to live. The location is excellent - close to everything and very convenient - but they are pricing themselves out of the market by comparing these apartments to luxury places with amenities. All there is here is a pool. In the past couple of years the "green" has deteriorated to a bumpy, patchy mess. The maintenance man is the best thing about this place but he is worked half to death trying to keep up with everyone moving out. New owners just don't care and have raised the rent a couple of hundred dollars in the past 3 years to try keep up with neighboring places that have fitness centers, real clubhouses, computer centers and planned events. New management has no clue. This place used to be "vintage and quaint" but after 6 years here, it's now just "old." Time to move on.

I lived in these apartments from 2013-2014. I really enjoyed living here. The apartments were clean, and It had many things within walking distance like the galaxy movie theater across the street and the Smith's grocery store.
Well maintained, people friendly apartments, management is great. Although small bathroom area to walk due to doors, underpowered air conditioner during hot summers 105 temps, and in airplanes landing and takeoff path. Compared to other apartments we were in well worth the pricing. Within walking distance of many stores. Love the pool and hot tub available 24/7.

we have been living at our apartment 4 years now and we like it. But things now are changing in our situation and we want to get into a home of our own. I am disabled and our son is 3 1/2. Our apartment has been good but need more space..

Horrible place! living conditions are bad, units are outdated, and management is not any good. I stayed here with a friend for the weekend and they put a tow ticket on my car because I backed into a space. No parking rules were present in the complex and when I spoke to the manager about this she was condescending and couldn't care less. I asked her why I hadn't received a warning (as I had parked this way all weekend) and she acknowledged who I was staying with before I said who I was with. I would never recommend this place to anyone!
