Property Ratings at Arapahoe Club
We have been living here for a year and just resigned. This is definitely the best quality apartment I have had so far in Denver. Joe the maintenance guy is super nice and always gets to our requests within a day or two max. The location is hard to beat-near buses and trains but tucked in enough to be safe. There are plenty of parks and trails near by and just about every type of food you could want just a few minutes away. All in all its a great place to live!

Thank you so much! We're happy to hear you'll be remaining a valued member of the Arapahoe Club community for another year! It's awesome to know that our dedicated maintenance crew, beautiful homes, and wonderful location have all helped create an exceptional home life for you here. If there is anything you ever require assistance with, don't hesitate to reach out to the office and let us know. Our team is always happy to help! Thanks again!
I love the freedom that renting affords me. I am not young and have been renting for a long time. This is hands down my most favorite home. Located on the Highline Canal, close to major highways (but not too close), and the office staff is always helpful and welcoming. Maintenance was an issue in the past but not anymore. Jose goes above and beyond the call of duty. All I have to do is pay rent and they take care of everything else! I'm free to enjoy my life without the responsibility that comes with owning a home.
Horrible!!! Management is the absolute worse! Maintenance were in my apartment twice to fix some issues I had reported, both times my door was left unlocked (No one was home at the time) one time my door was left opened. I emailed the office and requested that the manager contact me, she never did. I asked multiple times for the manager but she refuses to call me. My car got towed, it was taken to Arvada, are you kidding me? This place charges per mile, clearly Arapahoe Club does not have their tenants interest in mind or else why would they use that towing company? $325 I paid to get my car out. I requested a call from the manager and of course I still have not heard back from her. I emailed ARC and they refuse to call me back. I emailed the woman in the main office and she told me to park across the street if I didn't want to get towed! Yet people park in the handicapped spaces and they never get towed. We are required to pay a CAM fee, that obviously doesn't go anywhere since there is always dog poop all over, I have emails of me telling the office to come clean up the dog poop that is left everywhere. When it snows the sidewalks in the property are left super icy, easily for someone to slip and fall. They clearly do not care about their tenants, it's so sad. Many people complain and nothing gets done! If you are looking for an apartment in this neighborhood go down the street you can get gated apartments for the same price, check out the reviews and compare.

We apologize that you've had a negative experience at our community. Please know, we always follow ethical business practices and all Colorado tenant laws. Our team cares deeply for each and every resident of our community and we regret that you received the opposite impression. Vehicles are only towed when parked in violation of our community parking policy. As with all community policies, our parking policies and procedures are in place to ensure parking is best prioritized for all of our valued residents. While we work hard to maintain the community, we do hope residents are doing their part by cleaning up after their animals and abiding by all community policies. If you notice a resident failing to do so, please alert the office so that we may address this issue directly with the individual. We would love the opportunity to sit down with you, discuss your specific concerns in greater detail, and work towards improving your experience here overall. Please call the office at your earliest convenience and schedule a time to speak with management directly if you are interested in doing so. Thank you. We look forward to hearing from you.
I lived at Arapahoe club in 2005 for a year, and I came back 2016 and I have been living here for almost a year, it is a clean safe and elegant complex. I don’t know about previous management but MS. Lena and stuff were always respectful and welcoming. I remember when I moved in I requested some fixes and Ms. Lena and a maintenance guy his name is Eric were very responsive and accommodating. And Yes, it is a little expensive, but the location and the space justifies it. I think it is rising rent price that got so many upsets. But this a market and a corporate issue. To be fair, the management of Arapahoe club staff is trying very hard and I don’t think they are the one who setting up the rent prices or asking four people with four cars to live in two bed room. The thing that created the parking issue! My advice to resolve the parking issue, I think management should ask corporate for funds to tag tenants overnight parked cars. So, they know who is who! I recommend living there
My toilet flush got broken. Since one week no parts available. You have to run the water tap for minimum 30 sec. to get hot water. Windows are not tight. Cold wind comes out the wall outlets. You can hear the tenant walking above your apartment. You can hear loud the running water when the tenant above opens the water tap. Same when he flashes the toilet. I will be happy when my renting period is done.
Don't get fool by the nice pictures. Pool is gross and greenish, jacuzzi out of service and gym dirty and smelly along their restrooms. Air conditioning on the apartment is so old and loud that won't let you sleep at night. Not to say about rude management and inefficient maintenance staff. Don't get a contract here, it's not worth your money.

It saddens us to see that your time at our community has not been a positive one. We thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention and we apologize that your overall expectations have not been met. We would love the opportunity to improve your stay and highly encourage you to come by the office or give us a call as soon as possible.
I've lived here for 3 years. It's clean and 1 bedroom apartments are spacious. Workout room is nice and usually empty so you don't have to wait for equipment. Pool area seems to be closed at least a couple of times a summer due to chemicals being adjusted. They used to have cushions over the hot metal chairs but those got taken away due to not being cared for. There are quite a few children running around but they usually don't cause trouble. Unless you pay the extra $50 a month for a carport spot parking will be tricky. Many nights I come home after work and there is not 1 spot available in the whole place so you have to park down the street on a residential road or risk getting booted or towed. Also like most of denver the price of rent is overinflated for what you get. Was paying around $900 and they wanted to raise it over $200 for renewal so I decided to move. Overall it's ok but not worth $ 1100 for a 1 bedroom.
