I have had a terrible experience living here. Since I moved in, about 2 months ago, we have not had any air conditioning. We have filed endless work orders and have talked to everyone that works here and they won’t fix it. I work from home and had to deal with sitting in 87 degrees heat all day. Also, trying to sleep in 83 degree heat is miserable. We have had issues with so many other things, like no hot water for long periods of time and people parking in our parking spaces without being towed. I have never written a review for anything before but my experience living here has been so terrible I had to get this out. Hopefully people read this and realize what a scam this apartment building is.

Since moving in here I’ve been amazed with all the amenities that have been involved with being a new resident. They offer valet trash, ButterflyMX, fetch package services. And so much more so it makes like sooooo easy. I legit leave my bin outside and boom picked up. I love it. And I even had to get rid of my grill since the property had so many!
This place went downhill fast. Meth labs, pipes bursting, management ignoring us, and THEFT ALL THE TIME. I advise you to go to our FB group and see what's up.
I have lived at the property for two months now and have had nothing but bad experiences. My move in was delayed twice by almost a week with three days notice because of water damage that was not fixed when I eventually did move in. On top of that, you are charged large fees for the utilities for the entire building on top of another 50 dollar charge for a Fetch and a trash service. If you have any maintenance issues you won't get them fixed in any timely matter because of how understaffed the building is. Live anywhere else if you can, there are even buildings next door if you want to live in the area.

The circumstances of your move-in were unfortunate but leaks happen in buildings and it is our policy to have any water intrusion mitigated by licensed professionals, which does take time. We see it as thorough and responsible, although it is inconvenient as in situations like yours. Sharing the cost common-area utilities is not unique and you were informed of our paid concierge services before you applied, everyone is. It is one of the few things we find important enough to print and place in the hands of our prospective residents, in an otherwise paperless process. I’ve wanted to live in a high rise for awhile and have toured maybe half a dozen other communities. I honestly didn’t care for the 2 vacant apartments I saw here on my tour, but love my place! And something about it here just felt right compared to the other apartments in Denver I’ve seen.

Staff is very friendly but shows room for improvement on communication. Attention is only shown towards prospects and residents gets shuffled under the rug. Building hallways smell rancid from bags of trash left out and we tried to mitigate putting trash bags directly on the carpet with our valet trash can provided at move in, however, this trash can was stolen from in front of our door one evening. Weekends make me feel like I live in a student housing community.

Nothing bad comes to mind about this complex. The maintenance guys are all as cool as can be and know exactly what they're doing. There's no guesswork or nonsense involved, they just come in, are super nice, and get done what you've asked them to. Excellent experience with everything else otherwise

I have lived here for two months and have been very comfortable in the space. For a downtown apartment, the price is relatively affordable. The amenities are wonderful, and the pool is my favorite. The management is incredibly kind and works hard to ensure we are all happy. I have not had any issues with service requests and have been able to quickly have any issues rectified. I am happy to live here minus the construction across the street, but this is Denver you literally have to start expecting that, plus, the building is concrete, so it's not even loud during the day.

I have lived here for 3 months of an 18 month lease. Maintenance and communication from management has been incredibly poor. Not only would I not recommend this building, we are considering breaking our lease

Current Resident Here. If you have a social life, this is not the place for you. The building has a no guest policy. So if you want to go in the hot tub with a girlfriend, not allowed, no fun. You can only be friends with other residents and enjoy the amenities. Ok, you are friends with residents, sorry only 3 of you can be in the hot tub that can easily fit 20 people. This is just a sample of what is going on and almost every resident that I have talked to is leaving at the end of their lease cause other buildings don’t treat you like children. They will say they are following CDC guidelines but when you read them yourself, there is no mention of anything that they are practicing in the building. We are all adults and can make our risk/reward assessment. The managing staff are nice and do their best but they need to do better to be accommodating to young adults life styles. We don’t pay this high rent to be told how to live our lives.

Our team truly appreciates our residents' continued cooperation with our phased reopening process for our amenities, and we apologize for any inconvenience. It sounds like there are some misconceptions regarding our current protocols, and I hope you'll reach out directly if any of our policies require further clarification. Normally, our hot tub occupancy limit is six people. This number was set by the fire department. With CDC recommendations set at 50% occupancy for such amenities, our current limit is three, as you noted. The cleaning component currently required for aquatic amenities necessitates that we provide a pool monitor, so we had to restrict hours to 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, and noon to 9 p.m. on the weekends. Our other amenities are currently open during regular hours. Guests are welcome at the pool and hot tub during the week, though they must display the guest band that was provided to all residents. Due to limited space, and to help prioritize amenity access for residents, guests are not permitted in the pool or hot tub on the weekends. Because state mandated restrictions change frequently, we do our best to keep residents updated but we urge anyone with questions on current policies to contact our office.
