Property Ratings at Arasan
Well kept building and apartments. Minimal noise issues, a nice gym and outdoor area.
Living at the Arasan apartment was good but the location of my apartment there is not very much privacy and the blinds in the living area keeps falling apart. But the biggest issue is that being right next to the fitness center and hearing weighs getting slammed and the walls are pretty thin as well.

Given the fitness center's proximity to resident living areas, and this feedback, we deemed it best to close the fitness center earlier.
