Arbolada

Arbolada was exactly what I was looking for - a complex where young professionals can find a mixture of serenity peace and nature with a modern well established complex.

Maintenance crew were great! Very impressed with their professionalism and prompt resolution. Great guys!

I don’t find the manager, Leylah, assistant manager, Lorena and leasing person, Janice competent as communication and follow through with simple things requested is terrible. There seems to be a lack of understanding of what is being conveyed with the assistant manager and Janice as I have had to repeat simple things for their clarity. The manager, Leylah has a hands-off, Laissez-faire leadership style and allows her staff to make decisions and avoids direct involvement with the tenants. When I have talked with her, I feel like I’m an imposition to her time as she always seems to be rushed for time or in a meeting, and always states that I don’t need to speak with her, I can speak with any of her staff because the are capable of helping me. This is not true and I have a lack faith in their ability to help me hence I had to call corporate to get help. I could go on with all the smart home issues but I will end with this. Why would I even consider to release when I could lease somewhere within the vicinity and pay rent that is $300 less? Or better yet, buy a home that’s mine without having all the hassles of dealing with rules, fines, texts galore, and incompetent staff.

Arbolada is one of the most scenic and natural property layouts I have come across in San Antonio. The apt buildings are spread-out which gives you a townhouse kind of feel. Very Dog friendly!

I recently renewed my apartment lease at this community, it has been the best experience I have had living in an apartment complex, from the beautiful surrounding and well maintained grounds and apartments, to the staff which is the best in the business, to the scheduled activities and amenities.

I highly recommend Arbolada community. Not only is it a beautiful and safe apartment community with great amenities but the office and maintenance staff are the top in their industry!

Janice has been the best leasing agent I have ever worked with. The complex and apartment are beautiful.

I love my apartment here at Arborlada! It's a beautiful, peaceful apt community and all the ladies in the office are quick to respond back to questions and or issues. The maintenance guys are very polite and professional and get the work done .

The safety of this place is unmatched. I feel safe keeping my car unlocked and walking around the complex. Also everyone is super friendly, from your next door neighbor to the staff. I appreciate the management team and how they try to have something going on every week for the residents here at arbolada!

Arbolada is a beautiful community with peace and comfort built at the center of the community. It is by far the best community I have lived at.

if you want use their amenities they charge $500, no one takes care of lawns and insects everywhere. poorly built and super expensive apartment!

Arbolada is a GOOD place. The property is superb: it’s clean, quiet and safe! The location is beautiful. The apartment itself is lovely, the windows allow natural light, and they are very clean!!

If you’re someone who wants a Texas Hill Country view without committing to purchasing a home, this is a great community to join. The amenities are wonderful and the homes are beautiful. Our dog loves going for walks in a well-kept complex, and we plan to live here for a long time!

I love living at Arbolada. I know management is concentrating on building and leasing, but it seems to me that things like flowerbeds and sight lines are important too.

In love with our new home tucked away in the trees, away from all the noise! A great, convenient location only a short distance from anything you need and the property is absolutely beautiful!

they dont have people to do maintenance , any open service request are not able to resolve at all, and very poorly design apartments , equipments are cheap

Arbolada is a beautiful community. The apartments are stylish and the property itself is beautifully surrounded by nature in a nice area of town. As for having any sort of communication from management on any concerns or having any issues resolved, this complex is seriously slacking.

We love Arbolada! Being surrounded by nature is something we appreciate. We love our home, and the amenities that are included, especially the gym.
