Situated in one of the most beautiful areas of the United States, Ogden is well known for its nearby skiing, biking, hiking, and other mountain sports throughout the year. Needless to say, active lifestyles are extremely common in Ogden, and in fact it was the first city in Utah to be recognized as a Bicycle Friendly Community by the League of American Bicyclists. Local colleges such as Weber State University contribute a significant chunk of the local population, and that is reflected in the city’s thriving downtown nightlife and entertainment scene.
Ogden is also very much committed to celebrating its history, with many historic buildings still well-preserved and in use around town. The city leadership is also deeply invested in developing and maintaining high-quality neighborhoods, parks, and schools.

Property Ratings at Arbor Cove Apartments
Horrible experience. Those are the only two words that help me describe my experience living there. I was there for a year and 3 months and I'm glad I finally moved out!
This is a good place and location is great for WSU students and people looking for a quiet area with very low crime, Junior high school is only a block east and high school only a few blocks down from there. But some problems with the place, Maintenance is slow to respond and repair issues, because there is only one person and he covers several locations. Also depending on your cell phone provider the signal is very hard to get, T-mobile is mostly the only one that gets a fair signal. The neighbors are great though, I have to say I have not lived anywhere else that I have had better neighbors, anyone that would live hear would be happy about that. I have to mention is that unlike any other apartments in Utah, the company that manages this apartment and all of their other apartments, they make the tenant pay the water, sewer, and garbage. The Manager is almost never hear and never answers her phone or return your calls (major complaint from other tenants too on both the water, sewer, garbage charges and the Manager). But all in all it is a good place to live.
