If I could give zero stars, I would. Unfortunately I am still dealing with significant noise issues and issues with the property itself. I do not recommend moving here.

Noise from upstairs neighbor and management office doesn’t do anything about it. Also when submitting a ticket to get something fixed it takes about 3-4 weeks. They were to come on Friday as I was called and disarmed the alarm for them. Not sure what’s going on.

Great property. Management made me feel welcome. And when I had forgotten my keys in my apartment when I went to work and came home with no one else home they let me borrow a key to get into my apartment. So grateful and kind for the management and staff while I lived here.

Rents too high for the apartment you’re getting. Out of date appliances. Roaches. Maintenance takes forever to fix things. Been asking for something to get fixed since I moved in 6 months ago.

I’ve enjoyed living here so far but the office does have some communication issues. There is a bit of a pest problem, but they do have pest control regularly spray

Great communication, fast with move in and the apartments are clean, friendly neighbors. Maintenance is quick as well. Be sure to pay attention to guidelines when trying to get in on a deal, didn’t qualify for one ??

Loud neighbors, large open floor plan which is a plus, I like the area. A lot of great shopping and restaurants. There is a mold issue in the apartments

I love it it’s so cute and I’m happy chose this apartment. It’s seems like a great community and I’m close to so many fun places, coffee shops, restaurants and bars I play soccer so there’s a soccer field here and nearby

Staff in the office is very attentive and polite. The maintenance, is wonderful was having a issue with my oven and they replaced the entire oven. What a wonderful surprise thank you to everyone for all that you do.

Very hard to contact, mold in the bathroom, been trying to get off my lease but it seems like they are dodging me fr, they locked me into a 18 month lease without asking. The pros are the neighbors are nice and they keep the parking lots clean, kind of chill area.

I like it. Nice and quiet. Some people have too many cars but that’s it. I like the dog park and the grilling areas. I wish the second dog park were functional.

Really enjoy living in my place call home with my family . Where I enjoy going to see the pond and geese and fish with my daughter. Best place to live affordable and comfortable!

Common areas (hallways in units) do not receive maintenance. There are not clean .It is uncomfortable to see dirt when you are out the apartment. On the other hand, when you send a maintenance requirement it takes too long .

Good location - near shopping centers and more. So close to Downtown Raleigh and close to the new park in downtown Cary. Affordable community!

Very quiet here, staff is very receptive to needs and concerns. I had researched many other Apartment complexes and decided on this one. Price is affordable. Yes it appears to be an older community, but I am happy here.

My experience in this complex so far has been an excellent one. I have had no issues at all with management. They do their best to keep the complex being a wonderful place to live.

The area around us is a great area for food, fun, etc. however the neighborhood is okay I don’t like how many car break ins abd people leaving trash and all the dog and geese poop around. Inside of my place is nice and clean but I still suffer from bugs every now and then.

The staff is really nice and responsive and my issues if at all get fixed promptly. I like the walking trail and it’s easy to get to stores and shops around.

Great place to live in. The only issue is that when people walk can hear it. Staff friendly when they are there. They even have a pool for the residents to swim or play in, an exercise room (never been into it, dog park to allow dogs to run around.

I moved in and since day 1 had bugs in the unit. They claim they didn’t see any during the pre move in walk through but that seems unlikely.

So far so good no complaints very quiet area haven’t had any issues apartment wise. The leasing office staff was very kind and straightforward.

I just resigned my lease for another 11 months, meaning I'm going into year three here. The location is nice. Pam at the leasing office was very kind and helpful.

Arbor creek apartments seems currently understaffed and they are not responding to maintenance requests. There is mold in the apartment and I have been told not to worry about it. Otherwise, it's decent.

Leasing staff is wonderful and very kind. Maintenance is always quick to fix things when needed. The neighborhood is quiet for the most part.

Great place to live, very quiet, but when needing someone from the office they never answer the phone. And it takes them forever to respond about a maintenance request.

Great place and people! Exploring the amenities has been very exciting as well. My dog and husband both love the place, specifically the outdoor parks and hammocks

Area has been quiet for the most part, convenient location & friendly neighborhood. Hard to contact office over the phone, in person and email would be the best options.

I've been here for 7 years, it's been quiet the neighbors have been great, the staff have been great as well anyone who qsk if they should more here I have recommended. I just resigned my lease and plan on staing for a while longer

I’ve lived here for well over a year and maintenance can we lacking and pest control is a major issue. On top of all of our monthly charges somehow going up over time, in the entire time I have lived here we have never had a working and accessible pool.

I like my apartment but service takes quite a while. Also for whatever the reason the pool was not open at all last summer and there were no notifications as to why it was closed and not even the maintenance team would explain.
