Property Ratings at Arbor Crossing
Dirty, crime riddled and loud. This place might seem like a good place due to the price, but trust me, steer clear. The dumpsters are always overflowing and the entire complex reeks of trash. Constant garbage just laying on the sidewalks, dog crap all over the lawns, and a staff of employees that neither care about the tenants nor care about their jobs. Once we moved out, they said they would give us our deposits back. 6 weeks later, I hadn't heard a word, so I gave them a call. 5 phone calls over the span of 2 weeks later I was told that I didn't get a deposit back because of the expenses. Looking over their "expense sheet", it just so conveniently added up EXACTLY to our deposit. Funny. This place sucks and I wouldn't recommend it to ANYONE, unless you're about to be homeless, find somewhere else in Boise to live.
I had to just get a place because I was starting a job soon. This place looked cool! Nice location, close to the Greenbelt. I was moving from another state and couldn’t do a walkthrough. Well I recommend not doing that. The apartment I got smelled like cigarettes. Also when I first got there after a 6 hour drive with two cats, they had nothing ready for me. I had to wait with the cats in the car and it’s at the end of their work day so I don’t know what they were doing the rest of the time. They said the person below me smokes and they keep telling her to stop (won’t actually do anything about it). They send instructions and one of them is to join t mobile internet, but in person I mentioned that and apparently that isn’t actually the internet they use. They use Amazon locker, I ordered three separate things on Amazon and I was told they arrived. They never arrived. And I have yet to get a solution for receiving packages and it’s been a week. Anyways the pool is nice. The trash is gross. They don’t recycle. Seems like no one knows what they’re doing here. It’s definitely not the worst so if you need somewhere this place is FINE.
This property management dropped KASE Parking Enforcement awhile back. 5 stars automatically for that!!!!! So many residents were upset with KASE Parking Enforcement scamming them with $85 boot tickets. I have had friends that live in this property and they enjoyed living there. The grounds are large and grassy with a playground for children and an outdoor basketball hoop. The pool looks good too. It is pet friendly and if if I had not just renewed my lease where I currently am, I would keep it as a potential prospect. THANK YOU FOR CARING ABOUT THE SAFETY OF YOUR COMMUNITY!
This is a great building if you want good sized room that are modern, clean and very well taken care of as well as a very friendly staff. Outside is well maintained and there are lots of trees, nice landscape and a great view of the foothills. The building is minutes away from downtown or you can get away to the great outdoors. The only down sides are there is no assigned parking, only first come first serve and there are no closets in any of the living spaces for storage.
Moved into Arbor Crossing with two other roommates and don't have any regrets. The staff in the front office were extremely accommodating when it came to proving proof of income, rental history, ect. They were willing to work with us and the process was painless and made renting an apartment for the first time easy. There could be a little more parking but overall that's a small price to pay. There's an outdoor pool which closes at dusk. Fitness center that closes at 10. Picnic tables and play ground for kids. Just the overall atmosphere is welcoming and has made me feel like I am home.
