The Antelope Valley region sits in the northernmost stretches of Los Angeles County. Antelope Valley also constitutes the western portion of the Mojave Desert, located between the Tehachapi, Sierra Pelona, and San Gabriel Mountains, which all lend stunning mountain vistas to the rentals in the region.
Antelope Valley’s largest cities include Lancaster and Palmdale, in addition to a slew of smaller cities and towns that each boast their own unique identity and sense of character. The region’s more affordable cost of living draws plenty of Los Angeles area commuters who don’t mind a longer commute time.
The rental options are just as diverse as the region itself, with an array of apartments, condos, townhomes, and houses available for rent throughout Antelope Valley. Popular spots for outdoor recreation include Angeles National Forest and Castaic Lake State Recreation Area, as well as Greater Los Angeles’ renowned beaches, which are about a two-hour drive away.

Property Ratings at Arbor Fields
I was hoping to say something nice. But I remember way back when I couldn't wait to move in before roaches, trash piled up. Drugs not a problem finding. But the manager is nice Alex I liked her
Do not rent here. It’s infested with nasty roaches. Even when they treat the apartment “properly” tenants still complain that they come right back. Every week.
I’m a current tenant now , been living here for 5yrs ... the neighbors are inconsiderate when it comes to noise , HORRIBLE ROACH PROBLEM , NO SECURITY on site , they come every once in a while but don’t do anything and are just as rude as the supervisor “ Elizabeth “ and current manger “Alex “ .. One person for maintenance for the entire complex, Ridiculous!!!! I have complain numerous times to every manger for the past five years about moving my unit bc I feel unsafe and mention my neighbor is a bully and we need more security and BETTER MANAGEMENT TEAM .WHO ACTUALLY CARES .. PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE YOU WILL NOT BE SAFE HERE !!!
I have lived here for 5 yrs.now, and I must say these units are one of the best looking apartments in west Lancaster by far.We all know every apt complex has it's issues this complex is no different.Would I choose this complex over some of the others I have seen the answer is yes.
It's one of the best looking in the A.V and very affordable. I've been here for almost 5 years and have never really had any problems (from other tenants or otherwise). Its close to entertainment (Lancaster Blvd) which is walking distance and theres also a park within walking distance. They pay water and gas which is great ant the apartments are nice size. They all have granite countertops, come with a microwave above the stove, dishwasher, and a refrigerator and hardwood(laminate) floors. In my opinion you get a lot of bang for your buck here. BUT there are some cons, management is ALWAYS changing, we just got our 4th or 5th new manager I've lost count, and like i said I've been here almost 5 years. The building is gated but not secure because it's connected to mental health facility most people have access to it whenever M-F. We also only have 1 maintenance worker and over 100 apartment units. And management does inspections (mainly to make sure everything is working properly in your unit) once or twice a year. Other than that I really like it
