Property Ratings at Arbor Garden
Couldn’t even finish my first lease because the management is so poor. They will, lie, threaten, and neglect you. Their only goal is the copious amount of money they charge for a subpar living experience. Maintenance in non-existent. Sierra Cruz, the property manager, will treat you as if she is God and you’re dirt. And when you move, be prepared for false bs charges. I recommend having a good lawyer in your back pocket before moving here

Arbor Gardens Townhomes are immaculate when you move in. The homes are well cared for and modern. We were allowed to have our dog which is a great benefit. These owners expect you to treat their property with the highest standards, and that is what we did. Because of that, they treated us equally well and bent over backwards to help us any time we called. The grounds are lovely and its very near a park and convenience store, Walmart and restaurants. I highly recommend this property if you have high standards and expect the same in return. Top notch!
