Despite being right off I4, the community is really quiet! Everyone is friendly, and it feels very safe! Maintenance is always very quick to respond to all requests, most being completed within 48 hours! The front office is kind & helpful. Catherine helped us get set up & she did a wonderful job, communicating quickly & concisely making the process from application to move in seamless. We've been here three months & so far have no complaints!

Arbor Glen is not run well right now. Everything takes weeks to months to be fixed. Things that are suppose to be for the community are not taken care of or treated with respect. It is the way the place is run these days.

My wife and I came to Arbor as contractors and we're excited to serve the community through the company that hired us to do so... But upon the events of the Pandemic, while we were faced with the dilemma of finding a place to stay during a rough financial spot, Arbor Glen made it easy for us to stay and so we did... Our experience here has been one of the best Rental experiences our family has had and we would gladly recommend, as we have, this community as a great place to live... They are definitely among the top 5 places to rent in Lakeland...

This place has gone to hell... trash and debris in the parking lot... the trash compactor is always full... and forget about parking... there isn't enough parking for every unit. Look forward to parking atleast 100 yards from your front door... if you pay for covered parking then that is if they decide to enforce parking rules... on numerous occasions I have come home late after a long day to see someone parked in my reserved/ paid parking spot and who is there to make things right? No one... the staff and management could care less... so after a 14 to 16 hour day of working I get to walk an additional 100+ yards to my front door... this place truly has gone down hill... avoid this place at all costs... not worth the price they charge..

Arbor Glen in Lakeland, FL, is a well-placed apartment complex with an attractive floor plan. I, personally, have only been living here for a week, but so far, the experience has been good overall, minus the several issues that have yet to be resolved. The leasing office staff are very helpful and do their best to accommodate my needs.

We just felt in love with Arbor Glen! Staff is amazing, appartments are clean, rooms are huge, good luminosity, super quiet and all amenities are there. Located on a perfect spot, close of everything, groceries, restaurants, hospitals, but quiet. The place to stay in Lakeland without any doubt!

You don't want to live here unless you have no other choice. The rent is on the high side, the parking is ridiculous unless you pay for premium parking and the gates never work properly. If I wasn't locked into a lease I would move immediately.

Apartment complex is well managed and the maintenance staff is also good. I've been in a few of this level of apartments, this is a very good community. I have to note that apartment rents are getting out of hand, but that's the market dictating prices.

Let’s talk about dog poop! 90% of residents do NOT clean up after their dog. When you are deciding to move, please walk around building 5010 and the lake. The residents are not held accountable (even though they threaten them via email), management NEVER walks the premises and NOBODY cleans up the dog waste! The entire property smells like URINE because NOBODY takes care of the landscaping (excepts to cut grass and mow over piles of dog crap). I can’t even keep my windows open because fresh air consists of URINE! We won’t even talk about MOLD and the constant illness I have. The appliances are older than dirt. I guarantee the management response will be, “Please contact us so we can address this issue.” Well good luck getting the office to answer the phone, let alone address these important issues.

The front office and maintenance staff is nice. Shout-out to Jesse for his help with our maintenance requests. Haven’t been here long but he community seems nice and (mostly) quiet. Wish they power-washed the hallways and stairs though, and fined everyone that isn’t picking up after their dog (which is a lot of people from the looks of it).

PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE! There is one helpful management employee by the name of Nicole that works here but that is it. I have been dealing with flies in my unit for over a year and they have yet to resolve my issue. I have asked for a meeting with the manger several times and he has not returned my call or is never available. I only get assistance when I constantly go to the office day after day, only for them to send someone out weeks later to not even fix my issue. Worst experience living in an apartment

I have had countless issues during the 2 years that I lived here. The most recent issue regards the Community Manager calling my roommates and me "dirty" to our face. This is extremely unprofessional. Maintenance does not fix anything. We went without A/C for days when it was over 85 outside, even though it's considered an emergency maintenance issue. Appliances are extremely old (was told roughly 13 years old). Will charge extremely high amounts for move-out for things that should be considered normal wear and tear under renters rights and laws. Parking issue gets worse each day, sometimes having to park a quarter of a mile from your apartment with no light in some areas because the bulbs have all been blown for a while and nobody has fixed them. Not a safe area as the gates are always wide open.

Maintenance staff is always prompt and helpful! Jesse helped me out HUGELY on Saturday with an after-hours request. Ice maker in the freezer was leaking and I didn't notice until the floor was soaked. Made the call at 10pm and he was over in less than 15 minute with a shop vac! Even helped me clean out and melt the excess ice in the freezer which was above and beyond!

I would not recommend moving to this apartment complex. They do not provide enough parking and will slap a sticker on your vehicle before 8 am threatening to tow you anytime you park on the side of the road. The maintenance man is extremely unprofessional and sucks at his job. The appliances here are extremely dated and do not work well. It took maintenance 2 weeks just to come fix our sink and he had an attitude the entire time like he’s too good for this job. The trash compactor breaks frequently and the community is extremely slow in getting it fixed. There were mounds of garbage bags the last time it went down with maggots everywhere.

I would not recommend living here. Parking is horrible and they will threaten to tow you if you park on the side of the road near your apartment when all spaces are full. They expect you to pay extra for a reserved space or walk a quarter mile with groceries and/or babies or they will tow your car. Maintenance guy has a horrible attitude and took over 2 weeks to come fix an issue with our sink. Appliances are old and not energy efficient in the slightest.

Has potential to be an amazing place to live but between my car getting broken into and the pool maintenance being abandoned, makes me count down the days to move out.
