Arbor Landing Mill Bayou

I absolutely love everything about arbor landing mill bayou. This is my first apartment and I’m still in awe about the community. I’ve been here for almost a year and I honestly can’t complain about anything.

This is my first apartment and I can say that the experience has been top notch. The apartments are well laid out, the amenities are great, and the staff is friendly and kind. This apartment complex is definitely the best in the area.

This is truly a wonderful place to call home. Not only is it new, but the staff here is just amazing. The office and maintenance staff treat everyone like family. Every month is filled with events to get out and meet your neighbors, or just have some fun. I would highly recommend this be your next place to call home.

A great place to live! On my move in day I was so pleased with everything the community is beautiful and peaceful. Excellent staff... On valentines day I found a little token of love at my door. By far the best place to live this side of the bridge. New construction. Plenty of great areas for your fur babies too! From T, Charlie, Manny, Jill, Megan and DaJana all the staff go above and beyond to make sure everyone is taken care of!

My husband and I are now empty nesters and moving into our apartment was the best decision we could make. We love living in a community that offers beautiful living (inside and out), planned activities (bingo, water aerobics, etc.), helpful, sweet staff and much more! Here's to our new adventure!

I love this place. Friendly staff and neighbors. Safe gated community with all the best amenities. And a big special shout out to maintenance for always being there with any problem including personal problems like a dead car battery. They came to jump my car 2 different time because i had a bad battery. This place is the best.

This is a very quiet community it’s also clean on the inside and out. The ladies that run the office are amazing!! The maintenance guys are also amazing!! Anytime I’ve had to put a ticket in they were always there the next day if not the same day. They are always doing special events for the kids and the kids at heart. I definitely recommend this place!!

The apartments are brand new and updated. The floor plans are perfectly laid out so that you have a split floor plan but still have plenty of room in the space. The front staff and maintenance are great with being helpful and friendly. Great amenities and have tons of family orientated activities that they host.

I have been here almost a year and this place has been the most convenient spot for all my apointments and kids school. Everything is from 8min to to 30 min drive for me. Great management and lots of activities for the residents here.

Arbor Landing keeps up with pest control and if you have any issues maintenance responds quickly. Another bonus is being able to text all your problems you don’t have to always call and wait to speak with someone!!

I’ve lived at Arbor Landing for about a month now and it has been nothing but a positive experience. The staff are all kind and helpful. The amenities are excellent. The unit itself has nice stainless steel appliances and plenty of space, especially for a bedroom. They also have fun community events with food trucks, pool parties, etc. Truly happy with my choice to go with ALMB!

Live the great life at Arbor Landing Mill Bayou apartments. All of the staff are very friendly. The grounds are kept immaculate. Any issues are addressed immediately. Very pet friendly. Gated community! Many activities for residents. Beautiful pool and splash pad for the littles. You will never want to rent a house again! We are signing our 2nd year lease here soon and look forward to this being our permanent home!!??

We have lived here almost 10 months and would t choose anywhere else!!! Apartment is spacious and luxurious!! The real laundry room is amazing! Amenities are beautiful and well maintained also! The best part though is the staff in front office and in maintenance that makes everyone feel like family and a very loved community. They also host numerous events and drawings which is so unusual in an apartment setting!!

This apartment is everything I expected and more. The women that work in the office are the sweetest and all maintenance employees are super nice too. I recommend any and everyone to this apartment complex anytime I can!!
