I am a current tenant living at Arbor Mist Townhomes LLC. I have lived here since 2021. There was a much-needed change in management of this property in 2022 and it has been for the BETTER. Nothing but POSITIVE things to say about the community since the new management team took over. The staff are friendly, prompt, and helpful. They provide excellent service, always prioritizing tenants and make this place feel like home. They are doing a great job maintaining the property and making the area look great with new upgrades. It could not be better located and is amidst a lot of restaurants, schools, and shopping. I would strongly recommend renting at Arbor Mist Townhomes LLC to anyone moving to the area.
The location is great and immediate access to the highway for my job and schools. I could not have asked for a better experience with the new Management and staff there from start to finish. They are constantly available for any question and help I needed , All new appliances, carpets etc. was installed before we moved in and we were told when the unit would be available and it was ! For my experience our near by neighbors are really nice and helpful, I have lived around this community - and once I made the decision to move here I am so glad I did- and looking forward to the pool opening this summer there ! Oh did I mention minutes away from Worlds of of Fun!!

I've been a renter with Arbor Mist Townhomes since 2021. When I originally moved here I was under a different property management group and when the new property management group came in late 2021 early 2022 my experience completely changed! I now have excellent professional service! They always prioritize tenants and are truly understanding. The staff at Arbor Mist Townhomes are always reachable and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you have a safe, clean, comfortable place to live. The maintenance team is fabulous, handling any problem very promptly and kindly. I currently live in a three bedroom 2.5 bath. It is very spacious plus up-to-date. I love the stainless steel appliances! Bonus feature they have convenient public transport stops. I've always felt safe and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood-like feel this community offers. I would (and have) recommended Arbor Mist Townhomes to many Kansas City residents looking for their next place to call home!
