Shark bought park! Goodbye American dream.

This guy is buying parks and then raises the rent 10% every year and thus pricing us out of our homes. I suppose he has decided he only wants rich tenants. Goodbye to the American dream for the low income. I paid off a 15 year mortgage only for this guy to pull the rug out from under us. He is a shark beware!
