Arbor Park Apartments

Arbor Park has been my place of resident for 3 years now. Maintenance is friendly and clean. Office manager Jennifer always shows respect and concern about her residents.

I love it here at Arbor Park. Eveyone is so nice and the living experience is beautiful. My favorite part about Arbor Park has to be it’s beautiful nice people

I love everything ,the property is so very clean, management is so very nice and helpful. professional and outgoing! Very spacious,I love the community.

Jennifer and the office staff as well as the maintenance crew are very hands on. We appreciate everything they have done assisting with the move in and fixing everything promptly when notified.

I just moved but I like the apartment. It’s good enough for me and I can’t wait to make it a home. The application process was very quick and Ms. Jennifer is a great and helped out a lot.

The move in went very smoothly. If you follow the process, every thing will be great and not difficult at all. Jennifer was great and accommodating. We were informed consistently about the next steps that were needed from us to help making the move in go perfectly just as planned. Thanks Arbor Park.

It’s a very good neighborhood , and the apartments are also good , the space and also everything else it has to offer it isn’t too much noice and things like that

To be honest I really enjoy living here … the neighbor are very polite and courteous …. And I like how we get emails on updates about upcoming events …

Excellent customer service !! Even though I did give them the run around they was still patient and gave me the best customer service ever.

The management here is terrible, maintenance never comes to fix any issues, and there is trash build up on the property every weekend. There is never anyone in the office, plus the apartments are simply overpriced for the condition that they are in. The model that they show you is NOTHING like the actual lay out of the apartments. The day that I moved in I was advised that the central air did not work during a heat advisory. Most of the plugs did not work, the vinyl flooring was not replaced but simply glued down with gorilla glue, not to mention the central air was not fixed until nearly 7 months of living in the apartment. Also, I did not receive a mailbox key until my 10th month in the unit. Simply l, this was the worst experience of my life simply do not move here seek elsewhere.

I have stayed in apartments and not one has been as unprofessional as this one. When moving into the apartment we were told that the apartment was going to be ready in the following 2 weeks. When arriving at the property on move in day we were told the apartment wasn’t clean, didn’t have air, a mailbox key etc. While we were moving in they were literally gluing down the floor in the living room and the carpet was wet stains on the countertop in the bathroom and tub. The model looks totally different than the actual apartment. In the apartment we were moved into the plugs did not work in neither bathroom, and the ones that did work were loose. We received air 7 months after being in the apartment during a heat advisory. We then received a mailbox key 9 months after moving in. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND moving somewhere else

Don’t move here , I live here and I wish I wouldn’t have . The manager is nice and helpful till you move in. There’s so many gnats everywhere inside and out . Big big roaches ! And maggot are appearing in my cabinets and I don’t have any open food . I want to move so bad but I signed a year lease

Unprofessional. I was overcharged TWICE FOR RENT. They didn’t apply my special of half off december rent . When I first moved in my apt was still dirty , had carpet bugs , had a foul smell & my balcony door still isn’t fixed .

Arbor Park is my new home. I love the peace and quiet in the complex. Just need to work on getting washers/dyers ready for new tenants

It’s always clean on the grounds the grass is neatly cut no paper on the grounds other than the trash at the dumpster

My tourist was so nice and helpful. The apartment complex was quiet and kid friendly. The renovations are nice also. I definitely plan to move soon.

Quiet, Friendly Management, Very Professional, Great Customer Service

Been having issues since moving in . A/c unit is broken they promised to order part and being digital thermostat and never did . When I moved in the apartment was disgusting and dirty. It’s terrible

Poor management and their very nonchalant . Maintenance is very slow, they half fix and path up things. I don’t recommend anyone to live here. I’ve reached out to corporate numerous of times and left messages, I haven’t received a callback yet. I have been dealing with leaks for almost two months at a time. I have pictures and phone records to back it all up.

This is the 1st time that I've had a maintenance issue to run as long as this one has I've been with Arbor park for over 13 years in this particular unit and once before for 10 years and another unit I'm not sure what's going on with management or maintenance here but it's gotten very poor very poor from the repairs to the upgrade of the apartments.

Could use some major upgrades and renovations for the amount bn charged monthly.

Everything about the apartments are good including staff in the office and maintenance

Abor Park is a great comfortable place to live. And the maintenance is always fast and friendly.

this place is not worth the little money you pay. everything is cheap and so many things was broken when i moved in. i was told that it would be fixed but never gotten fixed. it smells no matter what you do.

not only is the staff terrible but so are the apartments. the apartment is a nice size but kept terribly. no matter how much you clean its still dirty & have an awful smell. every time you get one thing fixed something else breaks & its in very bad shape.

We have a horrible apartment. The office staff is awful bad attitudes and NEVER comes out to fix, or repair anything. The worse apartment complex ever- good if you find an apartment with no defects- the have painted the outside shingles but its not the best apartment family if you ask me non of their apartments are worth it. They cheap so if you looking to save money as a student fine but if you are a clean classy person you would feel out of place here.
