the apartment are well maintained. Maintenance is top notch and the staff is great. We moved here from Wisconsin 1 year ago its the best move we ever made

I didnt see a recent review so here is one. WE NEED A CALISTHENICS PARK! The staff and maintenance are great. You can text someone from the office instead of physically being there. Maintenance is pretty cool and they get in and get out. They schedule routine inspections on the units, host events, and make sure the property is maintained. It's mainly military tenants and the walls are thick. Good atmosphere and pretty chill. Compared to other properties, the value is in the price. They raised the rent not to long ago and I hope that was the last time. If you're moving to the area, consider this property.

The other comment was right. The staff spend the day writing their own comments and trying to wipe out negative comments. Don’t believe it? Look at the comments here... how they slide things in like the electricity set up, the kids and home, how it’s like a condo, and all different kinds of people in each comment. Get real, the place is built like a paper doll house, full of painted over mold from all the flooding, the kids really have no where to go or play, the duck pond really just has a very narrow walkway around it so you won’t be lounging out by the ducks on a summer afternoon. All the good, 90% of the good maint staff left years ago, the current folks are understaffed and seem to care less. And the rent is tons more than anywhere else. Sign up and be miserable.

Anyone else think the arborview staff sits in the office writing these reviews? After living there, I’m thinking just the opposite of their reviews. Matter of fact... pretty sure they just copied the text from their promotional literature. Unless a duck pond is important to you, save three hundred dollars a month and go to one of the nearby apartments. Same thing, just no ducks.

This is by far the best apartment community I have lived in thus far. I am active duty military and I was searching for a reasonably priced, safe location close to Keesler AFB and this was the best property I toured hands down. All of the Staff was so nice and friendly in helping me with the move in process. A special thanks to Ms. Julie who worked with me one on one and kept me updated to ensure I could get a 1st floor apartment to accommodate my mother who I take care of and has a bad knee. She called to keep me updated on the first one that came available which has been a huge help to my mother. Once we moved in the apartment was the cleanest property I have ever moved into so far throughout my military career. We had minimal to no cleaning to do at move in as everything was immaculate and there were minimal discrepancies to note (mainly just normal wear and tear) which you can tell they keep maintained very well. Our patio railing needed needed to be replaced due to rust which they already had on order before we arrived and replaced within 2 days of move in!! Super fast service. The maintenance staff are amazing too. Whenever you need something fixed they are on top of it especially if it is a maintenance emergency. The on call maintenance respond quickly to fix maintenance emergencies and they are always very polite and professional no matter what time of day. I'd like to send a special thanks to Steven who was our on call maintains man. He is excellent!! This community is the best kept, and most convenient location to Keesler AFB, shopping, restaurants, beach, casino's, etc and I would recommend it to anyone. Thanks to the Arbor View staff for making this military move experience a smooth and welcoming experience!!!!

I moved in July 1, 2016. The apartment was spotless; the fixtures shined. Even though my second day in the apartment was a Saturday, one of the maintenance men was there to connect the washer and dryer. The staff has been very helpful and professional

We have lived at Arbor View going on five years. The staff and maintenance personnel are above great. They are extremely professional. They take pride in where they work. In a number of apartment complexes, personnel are here one day and gone the next. The staff at Arbor View has been constant since we have lived here. There are many actives for residents. We are offered the following. Bingo, water aerobics, karate lessons, Zumba lessons, pot luck dinners free breakfast once a month, fitness instructor, kids day , free pizza on Wednesday, crawfish bowls 3 so far this year, BBQs 2 so far this year. We also have wine and cheese parties, limo ride to the casino for lunch once a year plus many more. Of all the places we have lived Arbor View is head and shoulders above them all.

we have lived almost 9yrs could not fine abetter staff anywhere we have something going on all month kids parties, pot luck breakfast and many more maintence crew is very good need something fixed it is usually done that day office girls are ready to you any way they can

Very nice and quiet apartment complex. Maintenance is kept up and the property is well kept. Very friendly staff!

We have lived in Arbor View for 5 months. When we first moved in things were very nice and they still are. Little things have needed fixing but that is everywhere. The only thing that I do not like is that we are told which power company we use. Mississippi power just so happens to be the Highest power company around. I think it would be helpful if we could choose our own power company. I understand it would be nearly impossible to do so but it would still be nice. Also out apartment faces the west so all day the sun shines through our windows. I think it would be helpful if our windows had a little bit of tint in them to help with the heat from the sun. Our apartment gives you a check if somebody moves in and says you referred them, that is very nice. And if anything needs fixing they are very quick to come and fix the problem. All in all we are very happy with our apartment .

We moved here over two years ago after we were bought out by a developer and we could not have made a better choice. The staff go out of their way to make you feel like you are "home". The unit is a cross between a house and a condo.

Did I say love it here? I mean I really LOVE it here!! The staff is awesome!! the apartments are beautiful!! The grounds are really nice If you have a maintaince issue, it will be done!! and I am talking FAST!! You can really tell that the staff here cares about the residents. If you go to the office they always have a smile and are willing to help. We have never lived in a place that is this good. We would recommend and we have many times these apartments!!

The description of these apartments is completely inaccurate to say the least. Luxury doesn't even apply here. The apartments are cheaply made, and the walls are so thin that I'm able to hear my neighbor's when they use the bathroom. I live underneath someone who has two dogs and they bark all day long, without stopping. I've addressed this issue with the neighbors and the office and nothing was done, and I was told nothing could be done. If you value peace, this is not the place for you. The amount of money spent every month on rent is not worth enduring what we've had to. Me and my household haven't had a decent night's sleep in months. I am so dissatisfied with everything about this complex that I will no longer sugar coat anything. Lastly, the grounds may look nice except upon closer inspection, you'll have to watch your every step for dog excrement because no one picks up after their pets. Save yourselves the headache. Move somewhere else.

I love everything about this complex: the amenities, view, office and maintenance staff. One big EXCEPTION are the inconsiderate dog owners who don't pick up after their dogs, even though the dog waste disposal is 2 feet away!!! Very inconsiderate!!! Don't come and live here if you are not prepared to pick up after your dog. I saw a review say that the maintenance staff will pick up after the owners?? That is definitely not happening. Wish they were. They need to find a way to motivate owners to pick up after their dogs. Whatever the policy is now, is obviously not working. BUT, having said that, I still choose to live here.

I lived in Arbor view for 4 years and I loved everything they had to offer the entire staff was so friendly. My two children loved it there.I felt like I was on a vacation the entire time I lived there.We moved back home a year and a half ago and my boys still talk about it. The staff always remembers names and apts.If your looking for a wonderful place to live and want to feel like your on vacation everyday then Arbor View is the place to move. I really miss them they were like family to us they always made you feel welcome and even if I was having a bad day just there friendly smiles made it better. We Miss the staff and our friends there very much.They were worth every penny we spent there.

I am in love with Arbor View Apartments. My husband and I have been here for 5 years.The apartment complex itself is beautiful. It has gorgous views and huge ponds filled with lovely ducks, geese and fish! The pools and clubhouse are great and the gym isn't bad either! There is always a potluck, bingo, zumba, party or fun event going on that the apartment complex hosts. The staff and people here are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Its like family away from family.The apartments are beautiful inside as well. I live in a three bedroom, two bath and its worth every penny. Every apartment has a lovely fireplace, hardwood floors and carpet, bathroom has tile and there is a washer and dryer connection. Very classy. We also have walkin closets and a extra storage closet is located on the balcony. The master bathroom bathtubs are oval shaped and very comfortable and we have his and her sinks. The walls are thick so myself and my neighbors do not hear each other. The only time I hear anything is when I keep my balcony door open. Depending on which apartment you get the balconys are small to huge. My balcony is huge and I really enjoy sitting out there, feeding the ducks and fish and watching the sun set. Its so beautiful at night. I have not had many maintenance issues here but when I have they came quick, fast and in a hurry to correct the issue. This place is very dog and kid friendly. Many kids live here and they are pleasant and friendly as well as many dog owners, like myself live here. There are doggie trash cans located all over the property so that you can clean up after your dogs and if perhaps someone misses picking up their pets waste the apartment complex has someone walk around making sure that no one has to accidently step in another persons pets waste.The parking is tight in one area but other than that plenty of parking space. This is a gated community and is located in a great part of Diberville/Biloxi, MS. This apartment complex is located near all of the awesome shops, restaurants and grocery stores. There is a library, post office, farmers market, City Hall and a bank are right across the street. LITERALLY, walking distance! Its a great deal! I am not paid to make this review, I just feel like people should know about it. I really wish someone would have wrote a review for myself to search when I first moved here.
