Arboretum apartments are very spacious, comfortable, convenient to all restaurants,post office, grocery stores,and churches.The Arboretum is a safe place for your family and community

I've been here almost a month and so far I love it out here.. it's very nice neighborhood and peaceful! I had a rough time with my application process but they made sure they got it right and before you know it I moved right in.. if you're looking for somewhere nice and affordable I advise anyone to move out arboretum apartments!!

I have been here for almost a year and definitely will renew my lease. I have been treated so good and everyone is so friendly and nice. I love the staff. They are amazing

Lovely community very quiet and clean. I like it here and highly recommend Arboretum Place Apartments, I am wishing for new appliances like updated would be nice.

It's been great and grand up to this point. Fall is setting in and everything is looking beautiful. We are great full for the place we live.

Meet a lot of people while walking that are real friendly. Everything is always so nice and welcoming. When something needs to be fixed they are right on time

No complaints, Arboretum Place is improving and sprucing up on a constant basis. Loving the improvement of the landscape . Nice to see our children out playing and being children , amen!!!

We been living here for almost 2 years.and our experience has been a great one. The pool was nice and relaxing and the gym is great and we can't forget about the office team they are amazing. Lovely place to live and celebrate with your love ones. I love living here for just a little while longer. The whole staff is wonderful and awesome.

Awesome staff. They are very helpful and understanding. They are timely with maintenance requests and always call back if they miss the call.

There were things that needed attention when we moved in. They took care of everything in a timely manner. Everyone that works here is polite and professional. I have been here almost a year and I cannot imagine myself living anywhere else.

Feeling much better about taking walks throughout our apartment complex and appreciating the presence of a police vehicle 's presence on the property. Violators beware, Arboretum Place isn't having it!!

Front office is nice and knowledgeable so is some of the maintenance workers. The supervisor though thinks just cause water is running in a dishwasher that it’s working. Only been here for a month but it makes me want to break our lease cause we can’t clean our child dishes properly and sanitize them. Yes we can hand wash however the sink is tiny so we limit how much we need to wash there isn’t much cabinet space btw which isn’t a them problem. Just be mindful. The maintenance people they had before and are no longer with the company gave poor maintenance to the doors, windows and bathroom caulking and the supervisor has yet to come by and fix it.

The office staff is amazing. I have wonderful neighbors and the complex is kept clean. I made the right choice by moving here. I have recommended the complex to others.

love the view from my apartment people are nice here i just wish we had better parking for residents that actually live here. Overall the place is peaceful and quiet

Overall, the community is a pleasant experience. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.parking can sometimes be cat and mouse.the staff is very friendly and courteous. I didn't realize how often they trains come through and shakes the buildings.being that I love trains, that's no problem for me.

The apartment community is beautiful. The grounds are always kept up. Grass is always cut, bushes, and trees are always trimmed. Maintenance keeps all the trash picked up as well. For the most part the dog poop is always picked up by residents as well. I have only seen some on one occasion. When you drive through it’s very appealing.

Anytime I ask for anything to get done it is taken care of quickly. Staff is nice and very professional. I wish the pool was open longer. Thank you

No air for 4 days!!! My COPD wasn't happy, not to mention unable to use my kitchen because of a waterleak from upstairs . The rental office part of management has been attentive though.

I have only been here a few months but I enjoy my apartment and the community! I do wish we had assigned parking however. Sometimes parking is hard to find near your unit.

Amazing staff in the office. Maintenance is always on point and always in a timely manner. Neighbors are quiet. Fun activities. I would definitely recommend

So far so good! Small issues with the unit that have to be reported, but other than that the experience has been pretty good. Our application/move-in process was a breeze.

We would like to say , over the past 2 years of living here it's been a total pleasure. It would be a shame to move unless you are going to move into house of your own. Other than that it's a way of great living.

Enjoying the Peace and Quiet. Nature on the property is amazing .I've seen the Turtles emerge and bury their eggs underground. The Heron feasting from the ponds. It's lovely.

I have never lived in apartment community where the manager of cared so much about her residence Tia goes above and beyond to help everyone out even when it's not part of her job they couldn't have asked for a better manager here at Arboretum

I am enjoying my apartment. The neighborhood is peaceful and the neighbors are nice. The maintenance team has been amazing with completing work orders in a timely manner.

Been here a year and I couldn’t be happier! I love my apartment and the location is great! Maintenance and office staff is wonderful! Love that we have resident events now and management stays on top of everything and is always very professional! Keep up the good work guys!

good service maintenance comes in times and fixes things. office staff takes good care of you when you need anything. apartment sizes are good

Just moved in last week! Ashley was great and so welcoming! Had a few small concerns but they came out same day and addressed them! I like that I'm in a corner tucked away and it's quiet! So far my neighbors are very nice!

I just moved in and have had no problems. They kept up with communication at all times. Neighborhood looks great. No trash all around. The staff was very helpful.

Everyone is so kind and on top of getting things done when asked. I also love how quiet the neighborhood is and the staff is kid friendly. I enjoy living here.

It's been a pleasure living here. I always wanted to find a place to settle in and be happy. My family and I are pleased to be here and enjoy the people around.

Been here for almost two months and they are slow with fixing things. Things that should’ve been fixed before I moved in honestly. I can’t stand hearing the understaffed spill. This was an issue at my old complex and it took forever to get things fixed.

So far its been pretty good, the rental office responds to your needs in a timely manner and they are very nice overall, the only problem i had when moving in was the roach infestation and the look of the neighbors dirty back patios below me but the neighborhood is very nice and quiet

The community here at Arboretum Place Apartments has been an enjoyable experience within the last year. Plenty of management inspired activities for the residents, safer lighting; as well as ample parking for residents and guest. Well maintained grounds, however; some dog parents are NOT picking up after their dogs!!!!

The residents keep the place filthy! The staff does not keep up with guests. We don't have assigned parking and I'm sick of not having anywhere to park when I get home from work

It’s quiet and peaceful. I am overjoyed with excitement that I moved into Arboretum Apartments. It’s beautiful here besides for freight train everything else is great! I can’t wait for the summer here.

No hot water for three days and no heat since November and the maintenance and property management have very bad communication with tenants and between themselves

It's has always been a pleasure to be living here. For the most part it's been peaceful. There are a few neighbors that are irritating but you are going to have those type of people everywhere. The maintenance and the management are super cool.

I ran into some issues tia was so understanding and so helpful got it all straight in no times she's the best.I have never lived any where that I felt truly at home till I moved here and the staff just makes it truly what it is. Nancy bollman

The community out here is not bad at all. I have not had any major issues. Maintenance is a little slow but I do understand they are only able to work with what they have. The heat and air units need to be replace and updated.
