Worst apartments. Pest problem (ants, fleas, ticks, feral cats), management refuses to be helpfu (ignores your problems, does not communicate, will not notify you of construction on your building, if you need replaced appliances they will take a dirty one from another unit and not bother cleaning it). Management will not return calls or answer the phone. At one time i was trying to get in contact with the office and was standing in the parking lot trying to call. I could see the two women in the office chatting and instead of doing their jobs, they sent my call to voice-mail. They talk down to you and pretend to take your complaints seriously and never deliver. They no longer allow window air conditioning units even though we recorded indoor temperatures at over 110f last year. The provided air conditioning unit doesn't even cool down the living room. We don't even have air vents so I'm sure you'd have an idea of how bad it is. The maintenance guy is awesome though, definitely the only decent staff member.

The management team is horrible. The main lady is rude and as unhelpful as they come. My daughter was bitten by a dog last year and I had to track down where the dog lived because whoever you have working here wasn’t interested.

Horrid. I will never tell someone to rent from this company. 5 months and things still aren't fixed. Mold, dishwasher doesn't work, dryer doesn't work, sink doesn't drain. Office staff aren't pleasant either.

I went in and toured today and the staff was very friendly. I was shown a two bedroom apartment was very spacious. The apartments are older but they are homey and I love that they are grown floor level. Recommend.

We were shown a unit that had a bathtub. After arranging a move in date, securing movers, and finalizing the closing date upon selling our house, we were then shown our actual unit that did not have a bathtub. We were never told this would be the case. We have a 2 year old son. We need a bathtub. Because we had already made all of the aforementioned arrangements, we couldn’t very well back out with only days to go. For several days after we moved in, all of us had dirty, brown feet from walking on the floors that had supposedly been professionally cleaned. We found at least six rusty nails in the carpet as well as thumb tacks and other random pieces of metal. One bedroom’s carpet reeked of dog and there was pet urine smell in the living room that was only detectable once the heat was on (which is why we didn’t notice it during our move in inspection). An outlet in my son’s room shot out sparks when we unplugged a lamp and nearly electrocuted him and me. It was loose in the wall. The maintenance crew did come out and promptly repair it the next day. The straw that broke the camel’s back was when our next door neighbor’s small dogs were attacked right outside our door by another resident’s unleashed pit bulls. Pit bulls are supposedly not allowed. This occurred near the beginning of January and our lease was up 1/31/18. Fearing for our children’s safety, we began looking for a new place immediately and as soon as we secured a new home, we put in our notice. Because we did not give 20 days notice, only 18, they are now attempting to collect another month’s rent from us. I have explained to Veronica that we left due to concerns about our children’s safety and I was unwilling to compromise that no matter what any lease said. It’s interesting, though, that they insist that because of a 2-day discrepancy according to the lease, we owe another month’s rent. I mean, I assumed the lease was fairly flexible given that they don’t enforce their own rules. Supposedly no one is supposed to have things stored on their patios. Haha! Drive through the complex. There is stuff on practically every patio - even couches. Supposedly pit bulls, German Shepherds, and other deemed “dangerous” breeds are banned, but I saw both of those breeds of dogs on the premises. One was walked by the office frequently. I could go on and on about the problems with this place. I will say, other than at the end, the office staff was usually great. And I rarely had problems with parking.

I don't even know where to begin. This place is a nightmare. The parking is horrendous there is always random cars parked in the place that's closest to my apartment, which isn't even that close FYI... so that's really really Irritating. The ants here are out of this world, every day I wake up to find some all over my kitchen counter and in my bath tub! They don't do anything about it and the maintenance is horrible. All my blinds are different lengths because the didn't order the right size. They never told me that I had to pay separately for water sewer and garbage so my rant fluctuates month to month which is BS. I WOULD HAVE NEVER MOVED IN HERE IF I KNEW IT WAS THIS MUCH OF A HASSLE. DONT MOVE HERE ITS TOTALLY NOT WORTH THE MONEY

What a shame to read the reviews on this property. I looks nice from the outside as there is no one above you but then reading the reviews of being charged huge amounts of money for outdoor lighting, monthly cat fees, inadequate a/c, limited parking, and old carpet led me to believe that it is not worth the money, time or hassle. Hope that other Richland Apartments are not like this, if so not moving here....

Let's see they charge money on background checks that are not done, we are sub metered for water sewer garbage and an electrical fee for the light outside your unit so this month rent is $800 next month it can be $900, (so you have no idea how much water you are using it appears to be totally random. Worst place I've ever lived in!

Arborpoint apartments is located in an area where it gets hot in the summers and the ac provided in the living room isn't adequate enough to keep the rooms cool. Richland's electric is higher then the other surrounding cities therefore having the ac on all day to keep it cool sky rockets the electric bill. We have a fan in junction of living room to hallway and another going into the master bedroom. The ants are terrible. They tack on water and sewage as well as processing fee's that makes your rent fluctuate from month to month. You pay animal fee's every month as well. They don't provide adequate parking. The apartment isn't new and carpet was old when we moved in. The apartments are close to transit, school and stores.
