My experience has been very pleasant. Staff has always responded promptly and has resolved any issue that I have. Had. The upkeep of the property has always been pristine and the atmosphere created by the other tenants has always been excellent and makes this a very pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Been renting from this location for 4 years. Maintenance is prompt in repairs in the apartment. Cleaning women are here on a weekly basis doing their jobs. Groundskeeper is always picking up trash around the community trying to keep it free of debris. Leasing office are always friendly and they have various activities throughout the month. Only downside is noise that you can hear your neighbors among other noises throughout the area.

The Arbors is a great place to live. We have great amenities, close to many eating and entertainment areas and about a 15 minute drive to the city. Staff is great here and people are friendly. It is a bit pricey and that is why I did not give it 5 stars.

Great amenities. Pool is a wonderful treat in the summer. Variety of exercise equipment that's well kept. Nice, quiet environment. Staff are all helpful and friendly.

Great property in a good location. Building is typically clean and the maintenance staff is awesome. I would love to see more business close by. And sometimes the noise from neighbors can be a little much.

Maintenance is always prompt in repairs. Office staff are friendly and pleasant. Office staff holds events for the tenants throughout the month. Only problem have since living here is the noise from nearby tenants.

This has been the perfect place. I’ve had no real issues and anything I brought up was immediately taken care of. The front office personnel are always nice and do a terrific job. The common areas of the building are always kept clean and the amenities are wonderful. The pool is perfect for this summer heat and the new playground for the kids is amazing for getting some of their energy out. The neighbourhood around the apartment building is nice and offers a variety of entertainment and restaurant options. I couldn’t have chosen a more perfect place.

We love the Arbors! We have been here for 5 years. The office staff is kind and responsive. Maintenance staff is quick to respond to requests. The community is clean and lots of fun activities and food trucks for residents here. We have very nice and kind neighbors!

Amenities are great. Swimming pool, movie room, hub lockers, and the gym has a good amount of equipment. The neighbourhood is quiet for the most part. It is in a good location.

Living at Arbors is pretty nice. Neighbors are friendly. Cleaning ladies keeps the building smelling nice and maintenance handles any issues promptly.

Awesome neighbors. Morning greets and puppy love whenever I walk the hallways. I think the fourth floor may be the best floor. Everyone is so friendly and courteous in every encounter.

Moved here about four years ago. Maintenance workers are top notch with exception of top manager whom I have never meant. Maintenance staff are always pleasant, helpful and are extremely knowledgeable. Resident manager and assistant manager have consistently been top notch. House keepers are friendly, hard workers and kind, as well.

The premises are kept spotless and the staff is extremely efficient. It is a pleasure to be treated by the staff and the extra things the apartments provide for the residents. It’s exciting to live here and be “pampered” by the staff.

If you are one that enjoys feeling like they are staying in an upscale resort then the Arbors at Baltimore Crossroads is for you! From the minute you step foot in the beautiful lobby you know you are someplace special. The staff is very nice, professional and always willing to go the extra mile to help residents. There are many top notch amenities to choose from and all in a lovely landscaped environment. Never a worry with maintenance as their maintenance staff is always quick to respond to requests. I highly recommend living at the Arbors at Baltimore Crossroads!

As full honesty, our community is awesome. Everyone in our front office and maintenance as well as the cleaning crew are exceptional. This is very hard to find anywhere who offer properties to live and call home. Our management staff works very hard to make it this way and it is obvious. That is not an easy thing to accomplish.

We have really enjoyed living here the past 2 1/2 months. Everyone we have encountered has been extremely pleasant, especially the staff. The pool opening has been delightful. My husband and I have let everyone know about the Arbors when we have been asked how it’s been living here. We definitely made the right decision moving into the Arbors.

I have lived here at the Arbors 4 years. This is such a great community to live in! The Property Management goes beyond the norm to make you feel welcomed and valued as a resident. They host appreciation events throughout the year that include things like free breakfast, dinners/cookouts and a day at the ballpark. The amenities are really good! Cool off in the Saltwater Pool, nice Gym and Theater room. My favorite is the convenience of an Amazon box, right in the building! The staff is personable and will work with you in any situation that life sometimes throws at you. The maintenance workers are on point and you never wait long to be serviced. You get a lot in return with your lease!

Communication from the leasing office has been excellent. Was able to get a short term lease setup and moved in on short notice. Much better experience here then with other apartment lease offices in the area. That alone is worth the price! Looking forward to living here.

I moved 3 days ago, so fair it has been great! No problems or issues. Expect the noise from my neighbors upstairs. I just used the gym and it was a great experience. The Amazon room delivery so convenient!

I’ve really enjoyed being here so far (4ish months). My previous apartment experience was nothing like this. There are always activities going on. Everyone is friendly. The grounds and common areas are kept really nice. Any maintenance requests have been handled within 24 hours. My boyfriend and I are very happy here.

Office and maintenance personnel have been very supportive and helpful with our move helping reduce the stress. Had a small maintenance issue and they were right over it fix. Had issues with our new furniture delivery and the office had the loading dock opened up and ready with no notice. All around been great so far.

I like Arbors a lot, the hallways are always clean and there are lots of cool planned activities and food trucks that come by. The garage is affordable and always has spots.
