Property Ratings at Arbors at Cary (Geneva Park)
I luv my new apartment! Office staff helpful and very welcoming!
The Arbors is a great place to live! Love the staff and my neighborhood. Close to everything and love the assigned parking! Can’t wait to see the new club house
Nice neighborhood to stay in. Very convenient to school and can pretty much walk anywhere because everything literally walking distance.
very satisfied. i’ve been here 4 years and everything is great. hopefully we get a pool or a gym sometime soon but other then that it’s been great
En lo personal me siento cómoda con la ubicación y es servicio y los departamentos son cómodos.
It’s a decent neighborhood, had multiple issues first moving in that did eventually get fixed, with some attitude and phone calls to corp . The laundry room has been out of order since i moved in . Other than that, nice and quiet.
I moved here and was shocked at how poorly this apartment complex is managed. No one answers the phone, no one is ever on-site for maintenance. My A/C went out in the middle of the worst heat and took them over 2 weeks to fix it, my heat went out in the middle of winter and it took them almost a month to fully resolve it. Even better is that when they finally came to fix it they did not communicate at all when they were coming and entered the property unannounced when I specifically told them not to enter without me there as I have a dog. The laundry center has been closed for over a year now and none of the amenities mentioned on their website have ever been opened. 1-star is being generous for this place, the management has never cared and will never care. Their corporate office in California has made it very clear that do not care at all about this property and have no interest in fixing any of the problems. I strongly encourage you to find something better than this, the prices may look appealing but you will regret moving here and wasting your money.
Went to this apartment complex and talked with the manager..The lady in the office only showed my fiance and I, pictures of these apartments and not an actual unit..RED FLAG...The complex is not neat and tidy, its trash everywhere, the apartments not renovated looks terrible, on top of, the renovated apartments looks almost like the non renovated apartments.
Stay away. The maintenance staff is undermanned and takes forever to get to a repair. The common areas are spewed with litter. This place is maybe a half a step above living in the projects.
We have lived here for two years now. Apartment is cheaply fixed, roaches are painted on the walls. Walls are dirt thin. The people in the office are rude our a.c. has broken 12 times in the past two years. And horrible roach problem that they won't fix I'm talking about thousands of roaches! The pest control does not show up but they tell office that they did. Gaps between walls and windows so electric is sky high. Shower, the water barely works bubbles all in the paint. And hundreds of other things that are wrong with these apartments. If the health department came they would shut this complex down.
We love Arbors at Cary. We moved here last year and even though it's right off of Maynard Rd you don't have a lot of city noise. The staff is very friendly and does their best of you need anything. Definitely will refer people here.
We moved into these apartments because for the price compared the other apartments around Cary in the same price range you get the most square footage. The parking is horrendous on Bargate. There's so many people parking on the side of the roads or cars that don't move at all so you're almost always fighting for parking. Our bathroom ceiling has been collapsing in and growing mold for about six months since there was water leaking into our apartment from the apartment above. The management staff acts like it's the first time we've told them every single time we go up there which is quiet often...then follow it up with they need to get the permits to rip the ceiling out which never happens. I'm sure the health department is going to love to hear that. The laundry facility is almost always full and half the stuff either doesn't work at all or breaks while it's being used. This would have been a decent place to live if management showed any concern for their tenants living in unsafe conditions or responded to any noise complaints. The people above us run and scream all day long...we've just accepted they're bad neighbors and that's the risk of cheaper apartments. Seriously look elsewhere if you can. If you're like us and we're trying to get the best bang for your buck and it's your first apartment then just don't expect much from management on helping with issues in the apartment.
My apartment is in the heart of cary. Within walking distant of many places to shop, eat, and just enjoy yourself. The apartment is affordable and is very spacious. It is a great place for families.
The arbor at cary is a great place to call home. It is very reasonable in price with lots of space. Also, I love the size of the bathroom. Very roomie.
Completely upgraded spacious apartments. Extremely clean and amazing area. Seriously, Went on spotcrime.com and looked at the area for any crime and there is literally close to none. As a mother of a 3 year old it's super important for me to feel safe in the area I'm moving into and the management team is incredible. Plus, they're making a clubhouse and a pool. The area is beautiful.
I am not a resident; however one of the residents had lost my dog while dog sitting. Several of the community members have assisted in every way possible, including searching with my husband in the dark. The staff at the leasing office, Jeremy especially, had been very concerned and assisted as much as he could. He has even followed up with us to see if we have found her. I can't speak for the facilities or apartments, but if you are looking for a great community you have found it here.
I've lived here for about 3 months, and I could not be more happy with the location of this community. Everything we need is within walking distance or a short drive. The office staff is friendly and handles all of your needs in a timely fashion, even though they have a TON going on. My apartment has brand new windows and I'm only charged $25/month for water, so I save lot of money on my utilities. I was looking for a quiet place to live and have most definitely found it here. The only thing that could even be looked at as a negative is all the construction and renovating that is going on around the community. Honestly though the buildings are built extremely well and you don't hear anything unless it's right next to your building. Not only that but they're finished by 7PM at the latest. And besides, if all this construction means that we end up with a better place to live, then it's worth it. They said the new pool and clubhouse should be finished by next summer, so once that comes in this is going to be THE spot to live in Cary.
Not the best in upgraded anything. They promise you one thing then you get the complete opposite. I've had this problem several times with this apartment complex having lived in a few different apartments. They aren't really quick about anything they take their time to do repairs. Been in the current apt 3 months.....still have no dish washer......also have other issues that need addressing and they have yet to contact me or come in to fix the issues.
