Property Ratings at Arbors at Mountain Shadows
1 Resident 2018 Not Recommended Reviewed 04/04/2018 Noise1 Safety1 Grounds1 Maintenance1 Neighborhood1 Office Staff1 The increased number of carjackers since December of 2017 have definitely created an unsafe community. We have pleaded with the HOA board to install security cameras and they take a I don't care attitude. The HOA board would rather reprimand their tenants against feeding the wildlife and breaking the rules and regulations on exposed bicycles and BBQ's grills on their decks. The carjackers break into or steal our cars between 1:00 am to 3:00 am. and there have been numerous police reports since December of 2017. The carjacker's attack in groups of 2's, one is the get away driver and the other holds the flashlight as they hunt inside of our auto's for valuables or they just plain break into our cars and steal them. This is not a safe family type of environment to live and raise your family.
