Property Ratings at Arbors at Signal Mountain
We’ve been having trouble since we moved here with bed bugs. No one will help us get rid of them Or call for an exterminator for them as well. It’s very frustrating.
The arbors are perfect and located around everything. Very quiet
There is a reason they are offering 2 months of free rent to get people to sign a lease with them. If the office manager wasn’t so rude, the place wouldn’t be quite so off-putting. I was under the impression that the reserved parking was reserved for, you know, the people who live and pay rent here. No, apparently you must pay a monthly fee to park under the carport in front of your building, and if you don’t pay it you have to park in one of the very, very few open spots that are strategically placed as far from the apartments as possible. Yesterday, there was a note left on my car that looked like it was dictated by my six-year-old that informed me I needed to let the office know if I got a new car and pay $20/month for a parking spot. I took the note off and made a mental note to drop a check at the office when I left to pick my daughter up from school and when I came back out, a duplicate note was on my windshield. Super passive-aggressive and unprofessional. The apartments themselves are disgusting and bug-ridden. The ceilings are patched all over, there’s obviously some fundamental issues with everything from the walls to the floors, the A/C runs CONSTANTLY because it doesn’t properly cool, the bathroom sink water smells disgusting and this problem was “fixed” by pouring bleach down the DRAIN (not where the smell was coming from.) I sent a follow up e-mail to the front office that wasn’t responded to so now I just brush my teeth in the kitchen to avoid using the water that is obviously coming from old, corroded pipes. I could go on but I think my point has been made. I will never recommend this place to anyone. These apartments are trash and I look forward to moving day.
I have lived here for 3 years now, these apartments are amazing for your first apartment! The Staff in the office is phenomenal and the maintenance man is on his stuff. Any time I go to the office with an issue it is typically resolved that day! I love living here and will continue to until its time to get a house! The office staff is always reminding us of events going on around the property and town. They give us friendly reminders as far as rent goes, I wont rent anywhere else!
The Arbors at Signal Mountain has an excellent and friendly staff that truly cares about their residents in a list of ways, from constant updates on events to reminders of rent due dates. It is located in a great area with a community that allows you to feel safe. The options for space are extremely well priced for all the features that each unit includes. You couldn't go wrong with this being your first or last place to rent!
