Arbors of Brookdale

I just want to write and commend the staff and landscapers for the improvements to the grounds they have been working on this year. As a long time homeowner, it is not lost on me the amount of work and the cost of the new plantings and especially the stone walls installed outside my building, 1321. It really solved the problem of ground erosion very well. Also, they have been diligently watering and caring for the new plantings during this summer drought, which is not easy. It would be such a waste to lose all those plants, and they all appear to be doing well. One of the reasons I moved into a rental was I am tired of caring for and worrying about my yard, so its been interesting for me to watch them work, and I just would like to say I appreciate it, GOOD JOB!

Currently a resident here and love living here! From the amenities to the apartment grounds, everything is clean and maintained well. Coming from a luxury apartment in downtown Chicago, we had high expectations and they were met here. The move-in process was made easy with the help of Lisa and Kayla. Love how dog-friendly it is here with the dog park, dog waste bag stations, nearby forest preserve and walking paths. If you are looking to rent in Naperville, this is definitely the place to go. Definitely recommend living in this apartment community.

We've moved to this wonderful community a couple of months ago. In this crazy world of COVID-19 and remote work it's really nice to have a beautiful view from your desk with some rabbits, birds and squirrels running and flying around. And I also love that I can enjoy the gym and the indoor pool (with a hot tube and sauna!) almost anytime (the pool closes at 10PM daily, but the gym is open 24/7). PS: many thanks to Kayla and Lisa from the Office Team for their openness and willingness to help :)

My spouse and I moved in here last December and we already LOVE this place. The apartment is clean and bright, and gets a lot of natural sunlight. The stuff is very nice, friendly and helpful. Kayla and Lisa are always happy to help at the club house, and the maintenance team does a superb job and responds to any problems very quickly. There's a nice small gym, awesome pools (both indoor and outdoor) and other amenities. And the last but not least is the location. We love being so close to the McDowell Grove preserve, and our commutes are pretty good given the proximity to I-88 and Route 59.

After research some apartment homes in Naperville area, I had decided per Arbors of Brookdale due the attention from the office staff (Kayla and Lisa), the amenities offered, and the overall apartment renovated model. I love swimming and they offered an indoor swimming pool and an amazing hot tub. All services running good including now during the snowing days. I recommend to check in here if you are looking for a nice place to live.

I’d recommend Arbors of Brookdale to anyone who’s looking for a new apartment! I’ve lived at Arbors of Brookdale just 1 month so far, and the staff and management goes above and beyond. Keeping everyone informed and up to date. The amenities are amazing and all of the neighbors seem very nice

My boyfriend and I moved in recently and have loved our experience at The Arbors so far. The office staff is very friendly, helpful, responsive and accommodating! We’ve had a couple minor issues come up and they are very quick to respond and involve maintenance if necessary. We love the indoor hot tub and sauna especially as it’s getting cold outside. The complex has a cozy townhouse vibe that we really like and we would definitely recommend living here!

I was trying to rent an apartment from other country and I found difficulties in other leasing office. Lisa was working very good & assist me everything to move here without any difficulties. She responded all my questions in quick. Appreciated her support! We love the community ambience and all!

Its a nice quiet area with a great view of the pond! we lovw the amenities like the pool and gym, so far the apartment unit has been spacious and lovely to live in :)

My boyfriend and I moved in at the end of August, and have not looked back! The day we toured here we knew it was home, the leasing staff was super kind and helpful (we worked with Kayla and LOVED her!), the grounds are beautiful, and the amenities are perfect. Our neighbors are all very kind, and when we brought to the staffs attention the gas in the fire pits being out it was fixed that day. Truly a quiet, cozy corner that we are happy to be at!

We really like living here. Very happy the apartment includes a really nice washer and dryer. I love that the second bedroom is spacious and that the master bedroom closet and really nice custom built-ins.

My fiancé and I did a lot of apartment hunting prior to signing up with Arbors of Brookdale. The whole team did a great job of helping us find our unit and making sure everything was perfect before we moved. We are excited to call this home!

My fiancé and I moved into Arbors and WOW are we impressed!! We spent a lot of time apartment hunting in the area, and Kayla was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and helping us find what we were looking for. Now that we’ve been living here for a bit, we are beyond impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment upon move in, the timeliness and care of the staff, and the friendliness of our neighbors. This is truly a great complex and we are so happy to call Arbors our home!

Management and maintenance staff are excellent. Paige and management staff are friendly and responsive to questions and always looking for community activities. Maintenance staff is always quick to respond to any needs. Have rented home and apartments and this is by far the best placed lived so far. Thanks to all staff.

We moved to the community after having awful property managers for years before. It is very refreshing to always be welcomed with such positivity and quick responses. When we have had issues with the place, the turn around has usually been within a day. With the recent snow, we were able to safely get in/out for work even when we both work quite early. We love the look of our place and it's the first rental that has felt more like a "home" with it's private entry. One negative, is that the walls are a bit thin so if you have noisy neighbors, you may be able to hear what's going on in the apartments around you. Also, some of the windows and our front door aren't sealed greatly, so there's different temperatures from when you go towards the guest bedroom compared to the master bedroom. Neither bothers me enough to give it a poor rating. During COVID times when almost everything was shut down, we were able to enjoy the pool/gym much quicker than apartment complexes surrounding which was much needed. It's never overly crowded by either pool or in the gym. We also enjoy the social activities and the taco truck coming around on nights when you just don't feel like cooking. I really enjoy how friendly everyone is and when we find our perfect home, we will always think highly of our time here.

I couldn't be happier with the apartment I moved into 4 years ago. It has a great space, its well maintained, and they are prompt at fixing any problems. The staff is always friendly and go above and beyond. I've looked at other places in Chicagoland, and elsewhere, but never found any I've liked more then Arbors of Brookdale.

My husband and I have been living here for the past few years. We love the property and how there are private entrances for the apartments!! We love how close it is to downtown Naperville and the outlet mall as well. Never have an issue with parking either which is great! Friendly neighborhood!!

We have been here for 5 years and we love it! The staff is so nice and helpful. The apartment features are so updated and modern looking. The private entrance is such a bonus to have more privacy. Our neighbors are so nice and friendly. They do community events which is nice bonus if you are looking to meet new people or mingle. Love living here!

This place is fantastic! Paige and her staff have been great to work with during tough times(COVID) and good. The maintenance staff has blown us away with their diligence and promptness regarding the snow removal. My daughter had to leave this week at 3:30am and we were a little bit nervous about getting out of the garage and the complex itself. But to our surprise everything was cleared by that time of the morning!

We moved here from an apartment with Management that never responded and it felt like they didn't really care for their residents. From the first time I contacted Paige at The Arbors, she has been nothing but attentive and helpful along with her staff. I emailed about some noise happening in the common outdoor area making it really difficult to be on work calls from home and within 2 min, it was taken care of. The apartment itself is wonderful. It is open, light, and private. It feels more like a townhome than apartment. Being a young couple it is a little expensive, but worth the money :) Feels like home!

I've lived in apartments over 35 years. I've only been at the Arbors for 2 months. But I have to say that this is the most responsive management and maintenance staff I've ever dealt with. Saturday, of the Memorial Day weekend, I called the office with a water heater problem. I expected I'd hear from maintenance after the holiday. NOPE! Maintenance was at my door within the hour (maybe it was within 30 minutes - not sure). Very impressive! Earlier this week, a pit bull charged out of the apartment 2 doors down from me and attacked a young woman and her dog walking by. Like most places, the Arbors' lease terms prohibit pit bulls. I called the office and explained what happened to Paige, the manager. She said she would address it immediately. Later in the day, when I was trying to figure out how to safely walk my dog, I called the office again. I spoke to Justin, who told me that Paige had spoken to the tenant, who would be removing the dog that very day. This was amazing! Most places I've lived would have said "We'll send them a letter"....which gets ignored. Bottom line - this level of responsiveness is outstanding! I plan to make this my home for a long time.

Unfortunately, a property is not only characterized by the amenities and accommodations that are offered, but also by the property management staff. For that reason alone, I have to rate this property so poorly. The recent property management staff changes have left a lot to be desired. The lack of professionalism, follow-through, and consistency has made it unpleasant to live in this community. Reading all the recent positive reviews for the property management team leads me to believe that the latest incentive for such comments must have been very well received. Please consider an honest review - no gift cards attached.

Exceptional. True. No lie. Paige. Amanda. Justin. Bob. Donny. Carlos. Roberto. ... in the quiet moments ... notice. Form. Function. And follow through. Well thought of. Well thought out. Me and my wife have called Arbors "Home" for over an year as we prepare to renew our lease next month. Leasing rates are very competitive. Move-in condition was excellent - clean & all appliances in working order. The office staffs are always ready to respond to requests and I have found them invariably pleasant. I love that staffs keeping the residents informed through newsletters and regular emails. They also host social gatherings which are fun to attend as residents of the community. Maintenance staff is super quick to fix any work order and to clean up the snow as well keeping the community looking spectacular. Indoor pool and hot tub are awesome during winter. Fitness center is equipped with precor equipments. There is an ample guest parking around the buildings. Private entrances which are very uncommon in Chicago area make it feel like a townhouse than an apartment. Really glad we decided to move here, we don't see us leaving anytime soon.

The entire staff works hard to offer comfort and safety to all residents. The manager, Paige, is awesome, helpful and caring. The maintenance staff is the very best you can find. They are accommodating, and well trained in every aspect of home and building.

The management team is the best! Paige helped me every step of the way and made sure I was comfortable with my decision to choose Arbors at Brookdale! I toured several communities and the amenities, upgrades, layout and staff made Arbors the right choice for me! Thank you and I’m happy to be here!

My family and I have been living at the Arbors of Brookdale for almost a year and our stay has been absolutely accommodating and comfortable. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the amenities are outstanding, and our floor plan is perfect for our family’s needs. The complex is always clean and inviting, a perfect place to call home.

The apartment is very spacious and the lakefront view is really nice. The apartment is clean and they have excellent layouts. The community overall is very safe and peaceful. The office staff is extremely helpful and very friendly. Overall, this is a vey nice place and I would higly recommend this apartment community.

This is a great community, I just came back from the Xmas party, where I met new people in the neighborhood. I moved in last summer and since then I have had by far the best experience living in apartment building. The management team is friendly, accessible, and prompt in answering requests. I'm debating right now whether should I keep renting or buying a property, but if buying is a no go, I'll definitely stay.

I'm so grateful to live in the Arbors. I knew it would be good, but it has far surpassed itself. We live on the ground floor, pond side. It's so private, that I feel like I have my own home. The layout flows very well for our life style. The girls who manage the Arbors are warm, friendly, very bright and highly efficient. They handle my concerns immediately, and go out of their way to expedite service. Things are fixed either the same day or the following one. The community is wonderful. The neighbors are polite, conscientious and very kind. Again, I'm so thankful for the privilege of living here!

I love the Arbor of Brookdale staff! They make you feel like family, and always greet you with a smile! I have lived in quite a few apartments, in many states, and this is easily the best of them all!

We moved in during July......and our place is far better than I even realized. We live pond side....I love hearing the fountain during the warm weather. The women who manage the Arbors are kind, efficient, and very friendly. They handle all my concerns immediately. If something breaks, it's either fixed that day or the next. Everyday I'm more grateful than the day before! It's a privilege to live in the Arbors. The neighbors are wonderful. I can't say enough good! When I paid my electric bill, even the utility worker said it's wonderful living here......she had already heard that. I thought: now that is amazing!

We moved here about 2 yrs ago and we love it! Whenever we have a problem in the house, the maintenance guys usually come in within a day. The management people are also really nice and always give you a nice smile.

Used to be better under old management. Now that new construction has resulted in hard faux-wood floors, being a downstairs neighbor is torture with constant banging and hearing every single noise that my upstairs neighbors make. Was never a problem when carpets were present. I do not, under any circumstances, recommend renting a first floor apartment here. Addendum: Do NOT rent from these people. Now they are forcing me to move all of my things out of my apartment at my time and expense so that they can renovate it and then giving me the option of moving back into my apartment in two weeks at my time and expense while raising my rent almost $200 a month for the privilege of living in the renovated space that I didn't ask for and do not want. I have lived here for 4 years and this is how they repay loyalty. And, yes, my upstairs neighbors are still insanely noisy and the apartment complex has done absolutely zilch about it. Arbors of Brookdale is the worst mistake I've ever made.

Arbors of Brookdale will NOT compensate you for bringing in new lessees. Very dishonest management. STAY AWAY.

We have lived here for one year now & just renewed for another! The office & maintenance staff are very friendly & helpful. They have done a beautiful job in renovating the homes. The grounds are well maintained and the community itself is quiet & a nice environment to live in!

The apartment is the best. It's very spacious for a one bedroom. The closet is HUGE! The location is great with close by shopping and being close to the highway. The staff is friendly and great and the neighborhood is kept clean. This is just a nice place to live.

Have rented in Naperville for 20 years this is the most well kept property and most pleasant staff

Located on beautiful grounds with mature trees and greenery. Every unit has a private entrance. Peaceful and quiet yet close to shopping and trains. A great place to rent if you have a dog. The management here is wonderful and always helpful. There is an indoor pool that is great for winter exercise.
