I unsure if it’s better or worse from my previous experience living here. There was different management back in 2017, but at least my apartment was mostly in good condition back then. This apartment was poorly put together just to get me to move in. It’s Pontiac, what do you really expect. It’s better than being homeless.

The complex needs major renovation done. It’s noisy. Wish I was made aware of all units not having closet doors because previous and current residence constantly damaging or removing doors.
