Had spoken to someone via email days prior to coming in to visit and them telling me the tour is all set and ready for me to come in that day. Just to arrive and they say they weren’t informed there were any tours scheduled that day and no keys were left behind for them to show us around. Highly disappointed and unsure if I want to give a second chance.

Our air conditioning unit has remained inoperative since August, despite our diligent efforts to work with the maintenance team to fix the issue. We have submitted multiple work orders, made numerous phone calls, and sent several emails. The leasing office has, on multiple occasions, deferred the issue by "promising" that it will be fixed and offering little to no solution or any follow-up. Over the course of the past two months, our energy expenses have doubled, as we have had to rely on a portable AC unit to mitigate discomfort during hot weather from August through October. In our communication with Gus, it is extremely disappointing to report that we have encountered a lack of action. Our requests for a definitive timeline for repairs and compensation for the surge in our utility bills have been met with disregard, as ALL emails to this effect remain unanswered. Not fixing a maintenance issue within a three month time period is not in a "timely" manner.
This was a fantastic place to live for the five years we were there. The facilities are maintained well and the staff is super friendly. We were warned by our neighbors that as soon as we decided to move, things would go downhill quickly. We didn't believe them, but they were right. We moved out at the end of November and we still can't get our deposit back. They charged us for part of December even though our move out paperwork was dated November 30th and all keys were turned in on November 29th. Sad to see a great facility treat people like this.

The complex itself is super nice, but the management is atrocious. The first day I went in to ask for a package, I was literally yelled at by the woman at the front desk. Upon moving out, we were charged $1,100 for a serious of ridiculous "damages", including the fact that they chose to wait 10 days after our move out date to contact us about the fact that they hadn't received our keys. They charged us month-to-month rent for that entire time. Do not recommend.
Went in and wanted to rent in apartment and they way the management treated my husband and I was awful I would not recommend renting here and dealing with the horrible treatment by the girls in the office. Worst experience I have ever with an apartment.
This is a horrible community and you are sold a bill of lies by the leasing office upon inquiring to the rental office. The property is not kept up at all, the leasing office cannot keep their facts and paperwork straight which includes inaccurate billing. The employees that run the office are extremely unprofessional and IF are you "lucky" enough to actually get a live person in the rental office to answer the phone you can expect to be treated poorly and talked down to. If you value a great place to live with competent property management along with well kept grounds then this is definitely not the property for you. If only we had this knowledge prior, we would have NEVER even thought of renting here or any other community managed by this management company. If you would like to be treated like a second class citizen and constantly having to resolve billing issues with their office as well as a community that only implements the rules when its convenient for them then this is the place for you!
I have lived in numerous apartment complexes in three different states and I have never felt compelled to write a negative review before. The last straw was this evening when I came home to find a notice on my door of a "balcony violation" regarding my satellite dish. I was informed I have to have it removed by 5/2. That is three business days. This might not be an issue if I had not paid the apartment $100 to have that satellite when I moved in almost two years ago. I have a satellite addendum in my contact and that exact same satellite has been sitting there for approximately 21 months, and now I have three business days to move it? I have a two year contract with the satellite company, so now I will be paying for the next several months for a service I cannot use? I have been a good tenant, no complaints and no missed payments for almost two years and this is how I am treated?

The complex has not one, but two large grassy fields that include two outdoor BBQ areas, a volleyball and horseshoe court, a dog park, and a community garden. Towards the main entrance, there is a pool and clubhouse, which has a gym and built-in movie theater. All of the staff are friendly and quick to help with anything! This is by far the most amazing place I could have ever dreamed up to live at.

I have never seen so much green space to live and play like there is at my apartment! Looks like the owner could have built a lot more apartments, but they didn't. They actually built parks, gardens, open green spaces, a walking track, and a huge dog park. That's just the outside spaces. Plenty of places to hang out with my friends and neighbors inside as well. Movie theatre, work out room, and places to watch my favorite team... Go Pack Go!! Good things!! #lovemyapartment

Arbour commons is beautiful, nice large apartments, great location, easy access to 25, and fantastic amenities; but it's also still a work in progress. Parking is less than ideal that's my only real issue but it's got so much potential! Hopefully I haven't lived here long but I'm hoping it stays as nice as it has been.
