Roach issue within 2 weeks of moving in. Office staff changes rapidly and they REFUSE to deal with roach issues. Woke up with several in my bed a couple hours ago. Beyond livid. They do not uphold the lease, there is a clause about finding bugs and needing to report within 3 days. Discovered during “clean out” that my surrounding neighbors are infested BUT NEVER reported. Apparently I am the “problem” child as I have been told on several occasions that I am the only one to complain.

Nothing works, cockroaches everywhere, the dog poo smell, broken glass everywhere noisy neighbours and what is worse they have not turn on the air. Run far away from this place.

I just moved in and I love it! The office staff is great and very responsive and helpful! When I had a maintenance issue they fixed it right away and were very communicative. The parking is difficult sometimes but it doesn't take away from this wonderful place! I recommend it to someone that wants to be in walking distance from restaurants and bars! Great location!!
I have been here for 2 years, and the new management company that took over last year have no idea what they are doing. Nothing gets done, grounds are not taken care of. Laundry rooms, stairwells, gym and bathroom by the pool are not cleaned and disgusting. No one is ever in the office and never answers the phone. I have Been waiting on a service request to be fixed for 8 months- still having to follow up.
Don't live here. Cockroaches in the apartment multiple times and their exterminator did nothing. I had to buy my own supplies to get rid of them because the apartment is useless. The air and heat have stopped working multiple times. Parking is terrible. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
Roach riddled property. Management won't assist with minor issues, and rude when addressed. It takes several times of contacting them personally to get anything done if you're lucky. And there is almost zero luck getting them to return a call. The assistant office secretaries are friendly at least... Falsely advised about how things will be handled. Property is filthy. You pay for gated property and the gates have been left open almost the entire time I've been here. Vagrants and addicts walking around the property at night specifically. They won't let you out of your lease. Don't waste your money. You can move in down the street and not deal with the conditions that you have here. I sent an email attempting to get to corporate to get assistance and instead of a response to help they sent me a letter and email notification stating that I needed to renew my lease 2 months before it expires or the increase regardless attempting to pressure into early sign up. NO THANKS JUST LET ME OUT OF HERE ALREADY
I lived at this complex for about a week before I noticed the presence of German cockroaches in my apartment, I've never had to deal with these bugs before. The apartment was treated a couple times and the bugs just got worse, I brought this to the attention of the management there and they lied to me and told me that, "the walls can't be infested because they are concrete meets drywall." So the problem got worse, the management then told me that the problem had been found and was being treated, again that's a lie as I learned from the neighbors from one end of the building to the other that everyone had cockroaches. Due to how gross that situation was, I moved out. Now Baron Properties is trying to charge me thousands of dollars for me leaving their roach filled complex; this is actually illegal if the complex cannot cure the pest infestation. I even have a letter from their lawyer stating that "Baron acknowledges the continuing pest issue." I guess they think its okay to rent roach infested apartments to people and then lie to them about how they are treating the problem. And expecting people to pay on top of being tricked into leasing from them is pitiful business practice. Who would rent an apartment knowing that the building is having major roach issues? I'm still in touch with neighbors who live in the town homes in the back of the complex saying they are having big problems with the bugs too, like having to shake them out of their clothes in the morning. So now I can let Baron ruin my credit or I have to go to court to protect myself from these predatory leasers. This is my worst experience with a business I have ever had. Anyone concerned about their health and wellbeing should stay far away. This account is just the gist of what I've been going through with these people, there has been plenty more unpleasant interaction but this covers the major points.

I a work graveyard shift for the children's hospital. While the contractors are quality, their scheduled hours and flexibility are limited. The Property management team, hired by "Barron Property Services", they back in your face in a fit of rage if you ask to have maintenance come-back at a reasonable time. This property will be over-priced for all varying unit shapes/sizes, and by all accounts "not worth your money".
Love the neighborhood, very convenient for work,school,ect. I've been here for about 3years. Water is sometimes off. There always working on something different management constantly I definitely want to move when my lease is up.
They were good at first until we got our first case of bed bugs.. We later found out that the tenats from before had them and all they did was pull the carpet. so now we are in the process of getting rid of all our stuff and moving out. I would not refer anyone to these apts. The only good side was that they worked with us on the rent when I was out of work for 2 months.
Finding a good apartment is hard these days. Dealing with costly rent knowing you're paying way too much than its worth,take my apartment I'm in now ,nice location,good area,you expect to have good quality in a nice area, right?sure, but wen you find bugs ,and lack of maintenance on the community property and apartment unit,you start thinking, no u fill like your just throwing your money away and not getting wat you pay for.i know wat your thinking(why not move)easy said than done ,being a single father of 3,money is tight ,using this app has help me in a major way , my schedule being the way that it is busy 24/7 ,now looking for an apartment has never been easier just a quick away ,hopefully I find something good and decent at a fair price,P.S ,if I win the contest that would be even better we would have more money for fun activities for the kids.
Dont move here, it takes forever for maintenance to schedule/complete anything. the pool is usually green in color. the water is turned off monthly at the very least.
