The only good thing about these Appartments are the new maintenance team Greg and Alex they have came into my apartment and have fixed everything the right way unlike the last ones we had they are very friendly and respectful and knowledgeable. Thanks Greg and Alex for the wonderful job y’all do daily. Keep up the good work.
Some amenities mention you are charged for in your rent . Water and sewer is calculated and split among buildings . Water bill has doubled since my new lease . They renovated and it was very much inconvenienced the residents and we had to clean up after them . We moved our own property out of their way so the could update the apt to raise the rent . You have to pay for valet trash and the use of the dumpsters . You pay for the Amazon locker that is already paid for by now but still get charged . Problems go unresolved and the hours posted usually no staffing there . Not worth what they are asking for in rent price . Not alot of cabinet space in kitchen . Renters beware .
I went to look at this apartment and when I got there it looked nothing like the pictures walking down the halls there were stains on them, place had a weird smell, and there were even bugs!!! You can’t make this up even the management there was rude and clearly did not want to be there. Never returning here again - NS
Beautiful setting and nicely landscaped. But this was only camoflouge for the problems with the old buildings and units. Many units did not look like pictures. None of dozen or so that I saw did. Old stretched out carpet or new carpet with old pad that disintegrated underneath. Poorly patched and painted walls. Leaky roofs and spots on ceiling. Many HVAC systems that are old, inefficient, and not well-maintained that will spike your electric bill a lot. Frequently burned out lights in the breezeway. One really nice touch was spider webs all over the breezeway that no one bothered to remove for the year I lived there. Loved the setting, but too much money for poorly maintained apartments.

This is the best place to live. though the property is old, it has been very well maintained. The landscaping is always beautiful, most of the apartments are renovated with new appliances and lighting fixtures, and the office staff is so friendly! Every person that you walk past in the complex has a smile on their face and it just seems like every one is so happy living here. There are several propane and charcoal grills on the properties well as a fire pit, tennis court, gym, dog park, and amazing pool! The property is also very pet friendly and has a great dog park, which my pups love! The location is perfect, just a few minutes from downtown and you're basically surrounded by everything you could possibly need. I love it here!
