Property Ratings at Arcadian Village
At first the complex was decent. After approximately 9 months of no issues - had a rat problem for the last 3 months of my lease. Then my apartment got broken into - which the complex did not and probably still has yet to notify its residents of. I’m not a dirty individual after speaking with the pest control found out what apartment they were actually coming from. However leasing office stated Bc I had only a month left on my lease they would not move me despite weekly seeing a rat in my apartment. I was a victim of someone stalking me and because of that had my apartment broken into. The only thing the apartment complex did was put a gold plate over the door and change the locks. Did not provide additional locks stated if I wanted them I would have to put them in myself. I felt completely unsafe living here and the apartment complex has a rat/pest issue. One star is appropriate.
Property Manager at Arcadian Village, Responded To This Review
We’re sorry that your time in our community did not live up to your expectations. We can assure you that the comfort and well-being of our residents are our top priority. In fact, we do provide our residents with pest control once notified of the issue. Unfortunately, crime has no address. We thank you for choosing our Community to call home and hoped your stay would have been longer.
They don’t follow the leasing contract, hangs lots of stupid stuff in the door. I renewed my contract in March 18 for a year but at the middle of the year they send the letter of changes!

Here at Arcadian, we strive to make every resident feel important. Hanging things on the door is one form of communication to our residents in letting them know things of importance that may be coming up. I can assure you that we follow the contract to a tee. I do hope your experience with us will get much better in the future, Thank you for calling Arcadian Village home...
I applied at this complex and everything seemed fine. I gave them the fees, two pay stubs and offer letter I was asked for. They told me that everything was in order and I would hear back later that day or at the latest the next day. Three days later I was called and told I needed to submit a third pay stub because I get paid bi-weekly, which I was not told about because my pay period was never discussed. When I requested to get refunded my admin fee because of this mistake I was denied and the leasing staff refused to admit any mistakes or miscommunication on their end.

The apartments look nice, the neighborhood has certainly changed incredibly! Maria was incredible in answering all my questions that I had about the unit that was available. The only thing is that they did not have a unit to show for what I wanted to move in to. She did show pictures and tried to explain all the differences between the model that they have to show and the unit that I wanted. Certainly looking forward to my move !

Good Maintenance and quick response. Very friendly
Our living experience at this property was good. We felt safe and the staff was very good at handling our needs.
These apt are horrible I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS FOR ANYONE ......I use to live here and I got my apt broken into twice in the middle of the day when the leasing office was open .Just me mindful.
Property Manager at Arcadian Village, Responded To This Review
We are aware of several break-ins that occurred over the summer at Arcadian Village Apartments. The day after the last of these break-ins occurred, a member of our staff observed two individuals behind an apartment. She approached them and spoke to one of them. The police were called and by the time they arrived the two individuals had left the property. Based on a detailed description provided by our staff and residents, the police were able to identify the two suspects in these break-ins. They were located a couple of miles away from the property where they lived, arrested and charged with these break-ins. While we regret that these break-ins occurred, this has not been a regular occurrence at Arcadian Village. In order to deter crime at a property, it takes the cooperation of the residents, the police department and the property and in the case of these break-ins that cooperation led to the arrest of the suspects. While no apartment property can guarantee that it will not have crime, we are confident that the actions of our staff and the residents who live at Arcadian Village help deter crime from happening there.
lived here for 2 years. Content. Some structural issues with bathroom and its sliding doors, and a leak when I first moved. Took a couple visits and calls before issue was fixed , however it wasn't a small fix either..The maintenance and management are swift to come to my apt wen I call. Usually same day or next.
content, but will be moving when 6 month lease is up. I think the building foundation is old even with renovations. Cheap rent is a plus. 3 month extermination is a bit much. Have to move everything out of closets and cabinets every 3 moths. So inconvenient and makes me think the pest control is too cheap to work for extended periods. Girl friend likes the town house idea and I like rent prices. That's pretty much it.
