I love living here, maintenance has always been quick but big shout out to Fernando he is always out there getting it done. Another big shout out to Clarrissa in the office she helped me apply and move into my apartment the same day and convinced me that Greystar is the only management company that I will ever live in hands down . From communication, to renovating all the amenities this company takes good care of me!

I really like my apartment a lot. Shoutout to Clarissa Maggie and Alicia. They really make every interaction enjoyable. I’ve never really had any major maintenance issues, but every time I have a work order Fernando comes out right away and fixes it. Overall, it’s a great place to be.

I love the location of my apartment. I have a great view and the layout of my apartment is so awesome. Management has really improved since last year and you can tell they really take pride in their work. I love being in the stone oak area and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else

I am satisfied that when I put in a work order it is done in no more than 2 days.

Recently moved in a couple months back and love feeling like I’m apart of the community the front office knows me by name and are always a joy to talk with. Plus my apartment is so spacious love the sunroom!

We have been at the Archer for a year, and consider it home. So many great improvements have been made inside and out of the buildings and common areas. We have been pest free the entire time we’ve been here. Maintenance is prompt and efficient-always taking care of a request within one day. We love the ladies in the office, Maggie & Alicia, who greet us by name and always have time to chat a moment and take care of our questions. We love The Archer! ??

I can’t recommend this place enough! I was scheduled to move out last year and the new manager convinced me to stay and I’m so glad I did because they completely turned this place around! Maintenance is awesome and the staff is always so nice when I go into the office. I can’t wait to see the updates to the clubhouse and fitness center!

I recently moved into Archer and my experience has been nothing but amazing. Even though it’s an older complex, the management team has really taken such great care of it and they’ve been making some major improvements. The office staff and maintenance staff are all really nice and take care of whatever I need. Definitely recommend moving in here if you’re looking for a quiet, well kept complex.

The complex is in a GREAT location. It’s close to everything. For the most part, the complex is quiet. Every so often the kids get loud in the breezeways but it’s great to see kids actually outside playing. I think if we have to pay for valet trash but they don’t come on the weekends, they need to install at least 2 more dumpsters and recycle bins because when everyone has to use the one dumpster, it overflows and looks so ugly when you come into the complex. It’s embarrassing if you have guests and that’s the first thing they see as they enter the property. Also, I hope there is a plan for the doors. Not only do they need to be repainted, but if they moved the number signs, it left that horrible marking where the door number used to be. So I hope they fix that. It’s an eyesore. Maggie is a gem and is super sweet. She’s been very helpful and I appreciate her.

I love living here at Archer Stone Canyon. It's comfortable and I feel safe. Management is great! The location is amazing because I'm within minutes from my dentist, my doctor, my grocery store, UPS, Home Depot, and many other fun shopping centers. I'm also a hop and a skip away from major highways. Also, there is plenty of parking in front of my building. In addition, many improvements have been made and it is a super clean place to live at. When I walk into the office I always feel welcomed. It's home. :)

Archer Stone Canyon is a GREAT community. I love the layout of the complex! The staff is warm and inviting and always kind and professional and this means a lot as a resident! I love the large space and the rent for my budget is perfect! The best part of all is that they are making a lot of improvements. It's the first apartment I've ever lived in where they care about the look and maintenance of the property. Greystar is a great management company and Clarissa is a GREAT apartment manager and love that she does have an open door policy.!!! I highly recommend living here.

Great place to live. Great neighbors. Welcoming staff eager to take care of you. Great professional attitude. Clarissa and Maggie stay on work orders making sure that they are done. I'm just going to get into it, this property sucks. Limited parking, gates have been broken since I moved in 5 months ago, we have not gotten a key card to the gym because they refuse to make them until gates are fixed. Dog poop everywhere there is grass, trash company constantly leaving behind garbage or rotten food on the ground and it takes at least a week to get it cleaned up if it is ever cleaned. They charged us a NSF fee because their system glitched and charged us twice, when asked to reverse fee because of their system failure they refused. Our door has a huge gash in it and you can see into our apartment, they refused to fix because it would be too much work. Our dishwasher cloggs constantly so we don't use it, one of the toilets cloggs or runs constantly, and our dryer takes 3 cycles to dry no matter the load of laundry. Please do not rent from this property, the list goes on but I don't want to write a book.

I lived at that property for 6 years and they sold the place and the management is unprofessional and a bunch of crooks, when we moved out we did everything possible to leave the apartment clean so we could get our deposit back yet they found normal tear and wear, so they claimed we weren't elegible to get our deposit back, this just happened 6 months ago so beware if you decide to rent with the new administration they will do what ever it takes to take your money. Gate is always open we had no security, the gym does not look like advertised on there web page, the pool has cracks and has mold on the walls they really do camouflage things in pictures, the grills are dirty, the dog park is not maintain there's dog poop all around not like it was before they sold the place, they added car ports to make more money parking was free until the car ports. Packages get lost the girls in the office don't care for your packages, the mail room got broken into twice because the gate is always open, if not the gate then the small doors are always open. There is no control over the property all this started happening until the new owners and new administration took over, think twice before you rent, go to the View I do recommend them.

These apartments were a GREAT place to live when we had the old assistant manager, Yassy, and front office personnel, Payam, from Greystar. Once the apartments were sold to Internacional Realty Group, it has been nothing but horrible customer service. The online portal does not have an option for “other amount” if you would like to pay little by little ahead of the due date. The new portal has “extra amount”, and not paying full attention while on the phone with the front office questioning some charges, I accidentally put an amount on the “extra amount” thinking it was other amount and ended up paying double by accident…which I could not afford to do. When trying to get this resolved I got nothing but a run around for 2 days by Lauren and Kayla, and my phone calls were even avoided when my name was seen on the caller ID. On the 3rd day I finally talked to the manager, Kristin, who was also no help at all. In her words, it wasn’t their error so there was nothing they could do. How is there not a policy in place just in case something like this happens? If there is, they were just too lazy to figure out a solution that could actually be done since they are still learning the new system. The only option I could do to get this resolved was to do an ACH dispute. Once that was done, Kristin still wanted to charge me a late fee, when I was never late to begin with, and an ACH NSF Fee, which I should not be liable for either because if they do not have a way to resolve it and doing a dispute was my only option they should waive that fee also. The only fee I was able to get waived was the late fee and not the NSF fee. The whole week was nothing but disappointment from them. After all of that, I am now trying to put in a maintenance request and nobody has come out to fix something simple since Monday (4 days ago). Many residents have been moving out, and I cannot wait to be one of them once my lease is up. My rent money is paying people who just come to work for a paycheck and don’t care about their residents, and I refuse to re-sign and have my hard earned money pay those people.

I've lived at Avana Stone Canyon since early 2013 and I've seen how management at this location effects the living experience - it's not always been a positive for me. The current manager is by far the best I've seen so far - she actually responded to an email I sent on a national holiday while she was out of the office. To me, that says that she cares about us as tenants. Payam, one of the office managers is also exceptionally supportive and helpful.

I moved in here back in August of 2017 and I have to say these apartments are incredible. They recently brought in a new manager and the community had gotten even better. Luxury apartments, stainless steel appliances, quiet upscale community, dog park. They have Valet trash service and the best part of this place is that if you put in a maintenance request it’s handled next day no questions asked. Best apartments in Stone Oak hands down, staff is great and the new manager really cares about making this a top notch community.

I has been living at Avana since September 2015 and I'm very happy with the actual management, one of my favorite things is their fast response to maintenance request. Angel is super efficient and very kind and polite it never take more than one day to response, my kids mess up with the sink twice and he took care of it ! Love the gym and the fact that the bus drop of the kids in front of the club house is a plus, very safe.

I just sat down with Leticia to discuss moving in and she gave me pricing that was only good for 48 hours. I want to move in 2 months from now. And I had to repeat myself about 4 times. They obviously don't care for their tenants. I could only imagine how bad it is when you have a maintenance request.

I have lived ar Avana Stone Canyon for two months now. The apartment is great and the whole place is amazing since the refurbishing. The pool is AMAZING, as are the handymen. The thing I don't like is that they are not very clear with some fees, the web page sucks and the trash pick-up service does not have a clear schedule.

I love living here. The handymans are incredibly nice and efficient and will come the very next day after you requested a service online (also, great webpage, btw). The downside would be that they close the main office way too early
