Definitely not worth the price. Customer service is awful!!!
The property looks nice on the outside(nice trees and grass) and the layout of the lofts are cool BUT, the apartments are falling apart on the inside. My first weekend in the apt, AC didn't work, the shower was clogged, and the shower rod fell while I was showering. The AC was fixed and everything else I had to take care of myself because the maintenance guy never showed up. The water faucet also didn't work, it was either extremely hot or extremely cold water. Basic stuff that makes any living situation uncomfortable. They charge a $200 application fee plus a $150 redecorating fee(which they don't redecorate properly)to move in. They are not refundable. Plus a security deposit. The walls are also paper thin! I can hear my neighbor all the time and on top of that, he would bang on my wall if he felt I was being too loud. My tv was at volume 15 and he would bang until I turned it down and yell to shut up. He filed several noise complaints against me when he was the one who was harassing me. Also, there is a dog park full of poop!!! It's just sad that people cant pick up after their dogs and that management doesn't do anything to keep the park clean. I can say more, but I'll just leave this here so that you don't make the same mistake as me.
I have lived here since April 2020 and the people who work at the front office are terrible at their jobs. I should have know right off the bat that they were bad at their job when they had us sign 2 different lease agreements because the first one was messed up on their part. After that, on our move in date, they gave us the wrong key. We had the hardest time setting up online rent payments and it took them over a month to figure it out. Then on top of all that, our a/c started leaking through the ceiling pretty bad at the beginning of July. Called multiple times and had to the explain and re-explain the situation every single time like they never heard it to begin with. We have had multiple people in and out of our apartment to “fix” the problem. Hardly any heads up when they send/sent people to “fix” the problem. Which has cost my girlfriend and I money because she works from home(because of COVID-19) and has to cancel client sessions when the “fixers” appear at our door randomly to “fix” the leak. No communication, no apologies, no discount on rent or anything from the front office. Now, as of august 12th, it is still leaking and we have a huge hole in our ceiling where they cut out all the wet drywall. Save yourself the headache and DON’T MOVE HERE!
My husband and I signed a lease for a year which we THANKFULLY just got out of in February.Within about a month or two we came to realize ALOT was wrong with this place. Our AC unit was a point of contention literally until about last September when we brought our daughter home from the NICU and there's two units in each apartment and neither worked for MONTHS! I'd go complain to the front office and they'd send this AWFUL "maintenance man"to inspect my unit and he'd do nothing, glance at it, possibly change the filter, but nothing was really done to FIX the matter. The week I went into labor we didn't have AC in our bedroom upstairs PERIOD. We were being forced to sleep downstairs because the temperature was 90degrees. The office manager Carley had said she'd get it fixed and we went 6days without it being handled period. I told her for those six days we were forced to stay with my father in law and I inquired as to whether I could get my rent pro rated. Carley said she'd check on it. She took literally two weeks to get back to me and I had to HASSLE her about it and remind her EVERY day of those two weeks. She claimed the apartment manager above her, Char, said we couldn't get our rent pro rated because we didn't stay at a hotel and if we had we would've been reimbursed. YET WE WERE NEVER TOLD THIS! Carley I'm SURE knew that's what the answer would be, but she never said I should stay in a hotel and to save receipts and then I could be reimbursed. But even if I'd of known this, I JUST HAD A BABY! WHO CAN AFFORD A HOTEL WHEN THE GIVE BIRTH AND DAYS AFTER?! Those months when Maintance men were coming to "check on the AC UNIT" and absolutely nothing was done to remedy the situation we were paying electric bills of upwards of $280!!!! Now, mind you, I had to turn the AC units off during the day, as I was trying to keep our bill down but nothing helped. Running out AC for a matter of 6 hours a day downstairs caused my TEP bill to be THAT insane. Carley asked me to bring my prior three TEP bills and said she would take a look and give me a credit because one could clearly see it went up by $150 in ONE month at one point. I couldn't use the unit for that month upstairs. Carley gave me a credit of only 60!!! ?She said since the 2months where I'd put work orders in and maintenance men came and only looked at it but told her it was perfectly fine, she didn't need to credit me more. Easily they owed us about $350 because they refused to replace the thermostats.
Such a peaceful place. The new office ladies are very friendly and always helpful. Walking around I feel at peace. The maintenance guys also are very nice.
The apartments here are a good size, and comfortable. There is washer & dryer in each apartment. Pet friendly. Friendly residents. The management is working on a lot of things right now to update the complex. The management team is very friendly and professional, they take time to listen to resident's concerns and needs. Katrina and Carly run the office and they are both great! The maintenance crew is very friendly and helpful, they try to get to everything quickly, and they clean up after themselves, which I find a plus. I feel safe walking around at night, and love all the trees and grass on the property. It is also tucked away from the main road (Oracle) so you feel like you are not near any streets. I love the location! It is close to tons of shopping and restaurants. The only thing I would really like to see, would be recycling. But all in all the apartment is very nice, and I would recommend the complex to other people.
If you think the price is steep for this place, read this and reconsider. This is a NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM and they are fresh and are ready to help and get you in and take good care of you while you stay. Blady and Destiny run the leasing office here and Justin and Hector run the maintenance and grounds. The girls have always been happy to see me and remembered my name from the first time I came in. They've consistently delegated my repair requests promptly, resourcefully and knowledgeablly handled an unresolvable dispute between a neighbor and I, made a fair decision and enforced legal action to protect me. They heard me and accomodated all my concerns and requests as a single mom with care and professionalism. I appriciate their efforts. The guys have ALWAYS gotten my repairs completed usually same day and it's always been done right with no mess and they're in and out like they where never there. Love both of them! Plus they keep that 24 hour pool up better than any complex I've ever experienced so they win. The grounds are on point daily and beautiful. It's safe and my kid can run free because parking only lines the outer rim of the complex. Move here.
