Immediately NO.. DON’T DO IT ! This is your warning.. let’s start at the fact that whatever your rent is add an extra $40 onto that for the cable(Spectrum).. they let you know that it is optional and you can choose your own cable provider, BUT you will still be charged that $40 onto your added rent each month (which is like what’s the point of opting out of something that you’ll still be billed for every month). Maintenance is HORRIBLE.. even w/ submitting maintenance requests you’ll still have to do follow ups unless the matter is URGENT. It is EXTREMELY, and I mean EXTREMELYYYY hard trying to get in contact w/ someone from the office.. majority of the time either no one is in there or the phones aren’t getting answered or the people that ARE there to answer the phone have NO knowledge about anything you’re calling about, so they’ll “leave a note” for someone else to get in contact with you about the matter, but even then you’ll still have to follow up/reach out to management about the issue because they usually won’t get back to you. Extra parking spaces are an additional $75/month. The trash “area” is HORRIBLE.. it overflows to the point where there’s lots of trash on the ground around the garbage because there’s only one garbage for the ENTIRE complex. Also, BE MINDFUL OF THE AREA.. there are certain times of the day where the area gets extremely congested with traffic and it makes it SOOO HARD to even get out the complex due to traffic coming from both ways, so you may have to leave a little earlier JUST to make sure you don’t catch traffic coming out the apartments so you can be where you need to be on time. There’s so many stories I could tell about the experience I’ve had, but I’m trying to get main issues/concerns out the way so this review isn’t toooo lengthy, but I would definitely NOT recommend these apartments.. the only good thing that I can really say about them is that for the space & square footage you do get your money’s worth because they are a lot more spacious than most other apartments. Also, I had both a roach and spider problem, and trying to get that handled was a NIGHTMARE, and on one visit Orkin was given keys to my apt to do a routine check up, but I was not informed by management that there would be a routine check up, & that most importantly they were giving them access to my apt without my knowledge or approval. I reallyyyy hope this review helps/saves someone, but sign that lease at your own risk because you WILL regret it.
I have lived in this complex for a while and I must say that over the years it has gotten better. The staff that we have now are wonderful! In the past it was hard to get anything done. Mayra and Yolanda take care of what I need in a timely manner. Eugene is on it when I need things repaired or fixed in my unit! A big thank you to you all! I do not do reviews, but I think they are worth it!
The staff is now amazing ! Specially Mayra . She will make sure to get things done right for you. Rent is very affordable vs other places around the area . So I highly recommend
After living here for two years I would recommend this area to everyone! The patio is very large and has a closet and great views of the sunset. There are rarely any issues with appliances but when there is, they are quick to fix it in my experience! The dog park is pretty large and they always have doggy bags available for use. The laundry room is very large and clean and they do maintain the grounds regularly! I have loved living here.
I wouldn't recommend these apartments to my worst enemy.DONT LET THE PICTURES FOOL YOU.For what you pay in rent and expenses it's way to high for a complex with NO SECURITY,OLD,UGLY,ROACHES HORRIBLE PARKING,HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT,DOG POOP ON EACH CORNER,ONE TRASH CAN FOR A WHOLE COMPLEX,15 WASHER AND DRYERS FOR A WHOLE COMPLEX,YOULL NEVER RECIEVE MAINTENANCE EVEN IF THEY PUT IT ON THERE "NOTES",TRAFFIC JUST TO GET OUT AND IN THE COMPLEX,CARS GET BROKEN IN TO,TOW TRUCK TAKES CARS TO MAKE A QUICK BUCK EVEN IF YOUR PARKED IN YOUR SPOT. Management lies to your face before signing lease.They dont care if you live good okay or bad just have the 1st of the month ready.Just dont.Stay at your parents house or look somewhere else it's not worth it. P.s that one star is cause ihave to choose a rating.
Only thing good is the size of the units . The apartments have roaches . Utilities are very expensive. Maintenance sucks . Parking sucks .

Nice large apartments but the parking is TERRIBLE!!!!!!
So we just moved in and the apartment is lovely modern and spacious made for entertaining which we do all the time .the outside of the apartments have a modern look and cute little court yard.The pool and spa is gorgeous with a rock surrounding and a gas bbq.The property also has a great gym that overlooks the pool and has all the equipment to lose weight or build muscle. Now the downside . There is NO SECURITY ,NO SECURITY CAMS/GATES and vehicles go missing and gas gets siphoned which happen to us within a few weeks .There's a lot of loitering in the parking lot day and night .
