Nice complex, amenities, and interiors. Problem are the fights. I have lived here 5 months and have already seen 5 different fights in the parking lot. One of them woke me up at 2 am, and went on for about an hour. I don't feel safe.

I love it here This is my 1st apartment here in California. I love the layout. I love the amenities. I love the convenience of having the laundry room right across from me. I have 0 complaints

The apartment complex itself overall is pretty nice rather peaceful my experience with the new manager Myra has been absolutely amazing ever since she took over quick to respond always gets back if anything is needed same with anything is necessary for maintenance and getting any repairs done in the apartments it's always fast and speedy she's very friendly and customer service oriented it's been a pleasure having her as my manager

I’ve lived in this complex for over two years. Over these two years, I’ve seen it transfer from FPI Management to Logan Property Group. Don’t get me wrong, FPI was trash, but the customer service and always there. Joey was one of a kind, he let petty things fly and he was ALWAYS helpful, even at his own expense. Things got down within my apt within 72 hours as promised. Now, Logan Group took over, this manager is ALL talk. She would literally give you a shiny rock in return for a genuine favor. The woman has zero idea how to run a complex. Either that or she does whatever she’s told, regardless of whether she’s screwing the resident or not. Dead honest truth. I will put this into perspective.. Joey and FPI management entered my apartment one time for an unexpected maintenance issue within the full year I was living there, not including the times I asked them to. Tabetha and Logan Property Management has entered 5 times since takeover in the Spring of 17. FIVE. 3 I had no idea, I just noticed things were moved, sawdust all over my kitchen floor, toilet paper rolls laying around and my pets distraught. If I had to refer this property to anyone, at this point, I wouldn’t. With Joey, I would’ve told my parents to live here. It’s gotten to the point I almost find it comical when I get home and things have been changed around. I’m counting down the days until my jail sentence in this complex is over.

Joey, the manager, has probably been the most attentive and friendly managers I have ever had (and I have lived in over 6 apartments in the past 4 years). Here ere is what my experience has been: No burglaries. No noisy nor rude neighbors. No kids running around unattended. No parking spot disputes (there's plenty of spots, what's the issue?) No uncleanliness. No crime--not one package has ever been stolen from my door. This complex is safe, clean, and secluded from the main street. It's a bargain compared to the surrounding area--where from what I can tell you really get two choices: live in a gated apartment for $1500 a month, or live in a dumpy, shady looking complex for less than $1000. At Reche Ridge, you get the nice/safe apartment without the luxury cost. Maintenance has been quick to respond to any concerns that I have had, and fixed them quickly. Joey has been great, always asking if everything is going well with the apartment, and I can always say with confidence that things are fine
