Property Ratings at Arden Landing
Started out good, but quickly went downhill. Owners constantly changing the rules and policy’s. They charge you $30 to pay your rent online in the resident portal. The pool is always nasty. Special treatment of certain residents over others. Same rules do not apply for all residents. Parking is a nightmare. Walls are super thin! And did I mention the bugs! I started out with none and then they appeared everywhere. They also raise the rent $100 every year.

Do not move here, the landlords make major changes to the living premises without input of residence, If you park backwards for any reason your car will be towed but there are at least 2 police officers that always park backwards withiut any penalty. And when requesting to speak with anyone about changes that are made they write your info down and you never receive a call.
No se muden aquí he vivido dos años y han sido una pesadilla empezando por la administración es tremendamente incompetente y ruda, hay cucarachas hay basura pasillos sin luz y sucios además de olor a marihuana por todos lados.
Do not live here! I moved out at the end of June, got a letter at my new address telling me how much they were going to refund of my deposit and now it's October and I still haven't got it. Do yourself a favor don't move in these apartments.
This is the worst apartment building I’ve ever lived in. Constant problems! I’ve called the police 12 times in the last 4 months. Drug deals in parking lot. Criminals everywhere. Been robbed, car broken into, the apartment it self was ok but heating and air cost are high due to the terrible units. $250 monthly for electric! Terrible management. Terrible maintenance! Grounds are nasty. Trash everywhere. Dog park is a joke. It’s a dog crap filled dirt pit with a fence around it. Pool is nasty. Floating bandaids and hair weaves in it. Do not live here! It will be the worst year of your life!
Home what really is the true meaning of home for me home means a safe and great area to raise or start a family in a great community ever green has many of these great qualities its a great staff a core of people that will put you first I stand by the brand and staff. Give it try, what do you have to lose....the time is now, so come join us! God Bless Corry Fletcher
The staff is great. Everyone is very kind and great to talk to. The main guy who handles the packages is the sweetest person you’ll ever meet. The only complaint is that we had a leak in our ceiling that took them three months of constant reminders to come fix. When they did come fix the issue, they simply painted over the water damage done to the ceiling. I love my apartment. I have a two bedroom, and the master bedroom is huge. The guest room is on the small regular size, but still decent. The internet is not the greatest connection like they say, and we pay for the best epb has to offer. We do not have hardwood floors but fake “hardwood” lament. The show room was very much a lie, the appliances in our apartment and ALL the apartments they had available back in April were white. They promised steel appliances. While the apartments are nice and I won’t complain about them, don’t believe the show room. It is at a 10 while the actual apartments are at a 6 or 7. I’m very frustrated about the water damage that they just painted over, but they did fix the roof and we’ve not had any more leaks since then. When we first moved in, most of our electrical outlets were not working. The maintenance crew fixed the main ones quickly, but we still have a few that don’t work.
Five to ten minutes from everything. Great leasing staff. Quiet and safe. With great and wonderful neighbors. It is a great place to live. Robert.
The management staff is absolutely wonderful! Moving in was a breeze, and the apartments are spacey!
First and foremost, if you do anything with Evergreen make sure to always talk to Amy. She is the most trained and knowledgable about all of the business. Friends who worked with other people in the office had much more difficulty. Very spacious rooms and a very open layout. The grounds are kept up fairly well. The only exception are the breezeways. Neighbors seem to be very friendly. Very pet friendly with trash receptacles located everywhere. Also there are huge discounts on move in and a referral bonus. Very happy we went with the evergreen. Only thing is that they are a little slow on getting to maintenance issues. But nothing too bad.
