I applied for an apartment with this company. After my application was approved, they ignored me for weeks. Either they would not answer my calls, or answer without providing any clarification and end with a false promise to call me back. I had to leave the apartment where I was renting and look elsewhere. When I finally got to speak to the supervisor of Ardsley, she was rude, refused to apologize about the negligence of her office, and refused to refund any part of the application fees. Ardsley is by far the worst rental service I have ever contacted. My advice to you: look elsewhere, don’t waste your money!!!

They tried to move us into an actual infestation. Claim it was inspected but there’s NO way! Over 20 roaches in just the bottom level. Refused to get emergency exterminator or move us units! Leaving 3 children HOMELESS!!!!
They don’t care about their tenants. Emergency maintenance line never picked up or return my call . My AC is not working for days my kids are so little weather is very hot up to 90 . Calling for maintenance for day but they never show up .

I had every intention of moving into these apartments, as it was close to my workplace and fairly priced. They failed to even mention that they have ongoing issues with COCKROACH INFESTATION! Then they try to push this narrative that their units "are going fast" to get your application fees and everything. Just all around shady business practices. The pictures are not at all what the community looks like either! Take your money elsewhere.

They didn’t tell you what is your responsible to pay until the end of the day . They’re Refuse your Tour .you will sign 57 paper like the same when you buy house. They’ll charge you for: * Insurance *water *sewer *trash *pest control *Rent … every month is different amount change. Is not fair at all for this old appointments.

I moved here 2 years ago and they have been very helpful when I have issues. Some minor problems here or there but overall they are quick to help.

Been here at Ardsley Ridge for almost 8 years. Since the new management has taken over, the place has done a complete 180. Any maintenance needing done, is completed promptly and accurately. The staff are kind and friendly. They understand what the pandemic has done to countless individuals, both financially and emotionally, and they are more than willing to work with you on any issues that could arise. The pool area and playground are in the better shape they have ever been!

Coming from 2 hours away I set up an appointment with Jacy for Saturday at 10am. I told her our anticipated move in date of 8/1/2020 and she said she would have one available. Then I received an email Thursday as if I never spoke to her. I called and she said they are closed on Saturday. I returned email and she stated that the leasing agent called off and wanted to see if I could reschedule. I couldn’t. I took vacation days for this specific reason! So we came early and just showed up at the property. Then she says they will not have any available until the end of September! What a bummer . And what a waste of time. Not to mention the exterior of the property looks nothing like the outdated online photos! Run while you can, they are not interested in helping anyone but their pockets!

I have never seen so many roaches in my life it’s Disgusting I’m sick of this place I’m so mad that I’m stuck in this lease and we can’t even treat it our selfs they have a horrible pest company that come out and what ever they do it sucks because the bugs are still here I have to keep my lights on because once I turn them off and on bugs are everywhere I hate this place DONT MOVE HERE unless you want to pay for bugs living in your place

From the first week of living here I’ve had problems with repair. Every Major mechanic in my unit went out (one after another) it then a week to repair them after calls and email to leasing office. Maintenance team is horrible along with management and communication isn’t clear/proper. Oh yeah an exterminator will come into your place once an month and if your not prepared it’s $150 fee. Which once a month is to much to clear out cabinets when you are Working civilian with a family. They didn’t make you aware until you move in with a note on your door. Potholes all throughout the complex that hasn’t been fix, no one clear the snow around your walking space. I wouldn’t recommend. The money amount don’t match the service.

They will never get my business I called to check availability on a two bedroom apartment the lady promised to call me back in a hour she never did and I called back a lady answered the phone not sure if it was the same lady as before I complained about the call back that I never received somehow the phone disconnected and I never received a call back lol ?? y’all will never get my business y’all can keep your 2 bedroom apartment ????
New company came in, immediately tried to change the lease we already signed. It took maintenance three weeks to stop by our apartment to fix a clogged sink that took the tech about 15-20 minutes to fix. It's been months while I've been waiting for some other maintenance requests have been put in, including leaks and mold. Complex refuses to fix problems, office staff changes weekly. New lease comes in, raising rent by a huge amount. Avoid.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. The bathroom was moldy even though we scrubbed it often. The maintenance people took forever to come, if at all. One night my shower knob was stuck while the drain was clogged... I had a tub filling up and no one from their "24 hour emergency maintenance" would answer. I had to pay for supplies to fix it myself. At least once a month someone would come into our apartment for some "inspection" but not sure why because the conditions never improved. Overall, a horrible place to live. I can't even think of one good thing to say. Please, do yourself a favor and do not move here. If you love to live among dirt and mold and screaming children and neighbors who fight all hours of the night and pay lots of fees that you shouldn't have to after you move out, then this is the place for you!
I just moved to this apartment. After 2 days there is no AC. Water leak. I went to leasing office and put work. They never come. I keep telling them they always says they will send. But never do. I talk to manager but he lie. He said his maintenance guy went to hospital because of emergency. They never fix the issue. Better not to rent here.

I'm currently in search of new apartments. I submitted my application for a 1 bedroom with them 8/19/2016. I remember that specified date because I have a call from the front desk girl still in my phoe. Since then i have been given the run around about my application. I called at least 10 times i spoke with a man who said he had to speak with the girl, then i spoke with the girl twice who told me my app was "still pending" and waiting on review from another man. Called back a week late was told the same thing. IT DOESNT TAKE A MONTH FOR A BACKGROUND CHECK! ANYWHERE!!!!! Took my app $ and wont even give me a copy of the background check or tell me if im approved or not out of common courtesy and good customer service ! My mother and best friend were also looking at these apts since they looked nice online, but since i experienced terrible customer service and also feel ripped off, they changed their minds. COMMUNICATION IS KEY PEOPLE ! even if i wasn't approved SAY THAT. its not that hard.

Do Not Waste Your Time it Hard Earned Money! We loved our home and the neighborhood, lived here for a year and the property manager at the time, John, was very unprofessional and manipulative. Our neighbors were also very loud and disruptive all hours of the night. One neighbor constantly harassed us, had our car towed, and the manager took it so far to even give us an "eviction warning" for harassing HER! We stayed to ourselves, but if it wasn't one thing, it was another. Horrible experience and I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.

So, neighborhood is MUCH nicer than the one we came from so it is hard for me to complain. The community is quiet and friendly and is conveniently located. Maintenence requests are always handled promptly aswell. My only qualm is that the 2 bedroom townhomes have virtually zero storage built in. There is no cabinetry in the half bath, there is only one closet in each bedroom, and even the towel rack in the bathroom is small. Also, the weeds in my patio are currently overgrown to the size of small trees and I have no clue how to conquer them. Another thing, one day late on your rent=$100 late fee. One day late on your water bill (which is attatched to the rent)=$100 late fee. Man, there goes the $100 apartments.com gave me for moving in! Not a bad place to live, but moving out soon.
I called at least 50 places and this complex was the most friendliest and helpful!
When we first moved in 2yrs ago management did a great job of taking care of property,They seem to be more on top of landscape, patios, and basic apartment repairs. It seems that their standards are slipping a little. It takes quite a while for repairs to take place and they cut back on landscaping, Use to be a quiet place to live but Im noticing change.
We just moved in and the apartment complex could not be any nicer! The staff are great to work with, very friendly. We had work orders put in and they immediately contacted us to come and fix them. I would definitely recommend ardsley ridge to anyone!
The apartment itself is awesome, some things are dated but they work for me. The only problems I have is the management, but overall a great place to live.
A few years ago a new management took over and it's been better but not the best.
