I feel at home, and the staff is great! I couldn't be happier with my choice to live in this community.

Fun amenities and social events. I have had no issues what so ever while living here.

I love living here. Great community and staff. Very welcoming and feels homey. A very cozy courtyard I love to spend my nights.

I love living at here, it's super close to campus and has a lot of great amenities (hot tub, gym, pet-friendly). You definitely get your money's worth for what you are paying!

The neighborhood is quiet, the location is ideal, the amenities are incredible. I truly feel spoiled living here!! I have no complaints. My cat and I love living here and feel completely at home at this apartment.

This place is close to campus, bus stop right next to it, and a grocery store. The apartments themselves look very nice, Jarrod showed me around the 4 bedroom floor plan. It is like a mix between the dorms and an apartment. Still really nice though!

This place is so nice and I am beyond excited to move in! The apartments are so cute and I love the furniture that comes with it! If you tour, ask for maddy, she was so helpful and friendly!

Great apartment. Awesome location, close to campus! Amelia was very nice over the phone and the tour made me very excited to move out of the dorms next year.

Arena is one of a kind! I have lived here for a couple of years and even after looking at other places to think about switching it up, nothing compared. the location is awesome, the maintenance staff is so always so fast to complete my work orders, and the office team knows how to make it feel like home and are always so friendly, especially mady! would highly recommend it!

I have loved living at arena so far! the apartments, and the staff are so nice and I love my roommates!! Mady was super helpful with showing me around and answering all of my questions and concerns!

I have looked at a lot of places and none were as nice as areana! For being so close to campus, the price was beyond reasonable, especially since i dont need to buy furniture! Im super excited to be living here and can't thank the arena team enough, especially maddie, for helping me through the process!

This establishment has some of the best customer service I have experienced in a while. I had the pleasure of speaking with Jared over the phone and I am very grateful for the assistance he gave to me. Hopefully in the near future I will be able to live in this complex. I've been searching around for apartments in this area and have found that Arena District has the most helpful staff when it comes to answering questions. These apartments look great but I really appreciate the staff, Jared at the front desk was able to answer all the questions I had! Thank you to everyone there!

Came to take a look at the apartments today. I have to say the service is like nothing Ive seen before in Eugene.. Blown away by the hospitality, and professionalism that came from such a young group of people. Not to mention the apartments were amazing. I was able to speak with Autum she was so nice, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend to anyone in the Eugene area looking for a great deal.

Arena is by far the best! I love that it's so close to campus and even has a hot tub! Maddi was extremely kind and welcoming during my tour and so was the rest of the staff! Highly suggest!

All of a sudden without warning we were notified that, despite the assurances that utilities are included, they started charging for electricity. This is really problematic that there is nothing on the website about it, and how they are doing it is underhanded and not fully disclosed. They also want one person in a 4-person unit to be responsible for the whole allocation for that unit, which is an unrealistic burden to put on one of the four occupants of the unit. They also are charging a security deposit for the electric charge, which is not disclosed, and problematic for one of the occupants to administer for them.

I recently took a tour at the Arena District Apartments. Great location and everyone that works there is so friendly and knowledgeable! After recently deciding to relocate to Eugene Oregon I needed to look no further then the Arena District as my new home. They are a pet friendly complex so I was able to bring my dog Zeus. The apartments are fully furnished which made my move an easy tradition. They also have a Jacuzzi to relax in at night, great amenities and lots of fun community events! I highly recommend the Arena District Apartments!

I really enjoy living at Arena district. Not only does the new management put care and effort into their residents but the complex is maintained well. We always have fun residents events each month and the smaller, more studious, environment makes it a great place to live.

Extremely rude staff, and they will rip you off every chance they get. Trust me, you do NOT want to live here.

Great place for students! The property has brand new hot tub, work out facility, and study rooms. The property holds month events that are a great way to meet new friends and get free food. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for housing while in school.

This is a horrible place. Strict rules. Basically dorms for juniors and seniors. Pick a better place and don't get stuck here for a year.

We signed a lease in the spring of 2015 for $650 a month. My daughter's roommates waited until fall and pay $500 a month. They fail to tell you that lease prices fluctuate. They also lied and said they were 80% percent full. When we asked for the lower rent because of the lies and failure to inform us about fluctuating prices, Dustin wouldn't make it right. Beware!! They will lie to get you to sign a lease. They are never 100% full. Wait until the last minute. I asked Dustin to tell new people about the fluctuating lease prices so other families are aware of this, but he refuses to inform people of this practice. They make you believe the prices are set in stone, but they are not!!!
