Drug infested.Bunch of alcoholic's.No Security at night
Low income housing.Drug and alcoholics.Police are here several times a day.Not a safe place to live. Residents drinking and party ing all night. Poor management.

I live in low Income apt, if I win, I would move, my apt has roaches and bedbug. I feel I deserve better then this. Please consider me.
