The coastal city of Bradenton, Florida resides on the banks of the Manatee River just 45 miles south of Tampa and 25 miles south of St. Petersburg, crossing over the iconic Sunshine Skyway Bridge. Just stay away ! There are bunch of good apartments in Sarasota or St Pete cheaper than this place. Very poor construction and loud music by the pool all day.

No one is ever in the office and fail to answer the phone, return your call, and respond to emails. Very unprofessional! Most all of the buildings interior hall ways need to be power washed and painted. Too expensive to live in trash.

I have rented many different places, this is by far the worst run place I have ever lived. Save yourself money and headache and live anywhere else

Came in for questions and the office staff went above and beyond answering my questions. I toured the community and it was beautiful. The pool look so inviting. Cheyenne helped and gave me a good feeling on the property. And Kevin was very nice.

I feel like I’m on vacation here. Clean. Great events. Resort feel.
If you prefer apartment living then you look for excellent amenities, personal customer service and effective maintenance crew. You get all three at Aria. With any new construction there are always going to be hiccups that need to be worked through and new processes put in place, and the management company has made necessary changes along the way to meet those three pillars I always look for when choosing an apartment. I’ve lived in several cities in luxury apartments and this is one of my top three favorites. And you can’t beat the location, if you like downtown living, being on the water with great sunsets/sunrises and a short walk to any restaurants and bars nearby. A must on my list.
We moved into this apartment complex in June of 2020. Albeit a strange world environment, we thought there was some promise with this place, maybe even hope to stay long term until a house could be a reality. Quickly, this has not been the case, and 5 months from the end of our lease, we will not be renewing. If you choose Buildings 1, 3, 4 or 5, you will more than likely find yourself inundated with road noise, and it is far worse than I can explain. With a little ingenuity, we came up with some sound deadening foam on cardboard inserted every night to the windows, this helps about 30%. New local management has come in, and quickly it has gotten much worse. We watched this Apartment Complex be built, we thought the walls would be a lot more insulated than they are, but alas, we can hear everything, and the office, provides little help. I understand NRP Group is trying to maintain a decent reputation, we actually were at a different complex of theirs a couple years back, night and day difference in management techniques. The outside looks amazing, but once you sign your lease you're just a number. I will say this, the maintenance staff is above and beyond here, they deserve more accolades than they get! That is the ONLY reason for my 2 star choice, much like the other reviewer here. I think there are better, cheaper alternatives to Aria Bradenton, unfortunately.
We have been here for a few months and although the property is new and the location is convenient, I don’t know that management has the best interests of the residents in mind. It’s hard to know if decisions are being made on the local level(meaning at the property) or the corporate level. Either way, the decisions seem more restrictive than empathetic and cooperative. Communication and basic customer service skills from some staff members is non existent, while others live by it. That creates a very inconsistent product and impacts our living experience. Again, not sure if that’s from the corporate office or the local office. The bottom line is that in our less than 3 months living here we have had more negative experiences with the staff, albeit a few, than positive. In less than three months we’ve had more negative WTH moments due to decisions directly impacting our lives than positive. In our less than three months we have had to ask why we chose to move here and question what is the value for what we are paying more times than anyone should. I know that this is a very uncertain time for many people, however we chose to partner with a community that was advertised and self-proclaimed as “better than the rest”. After just a few short months we are left thinking the “rest” would’ve been a better choice. If management, whether local or corporate, takes the time to listen to residents and realize how their messaging, actions, decisions, and lack of service truly impacts their residents, then maybe we will feel better about the decision to partner with this community. For now, if you are looking to live somewhere for the next 365 days you may want to evaluate other communities and the level of service they provide to their residents as well. I’m struggling with the number of stars to give this property. I settled for 2 since there are people who really try here. If the service and levels of respect for residents improves, they can go to a three and I will be happy to revise my review.
