This current staff is amazing! Manager Edith, Melissa, and Cassandra are very pleasant people, and they go above and beyond in recognizing the residents and their children in this community. I've watched some of the kids get off the school bus, run in to greet everyone and come back out with an afterschool snack. The maintenance staff is great too! A pleasant staff with great attitudes speak volumes.
This place is a mess with trash everywhere, packages being routinely stolen from your door, and SWAT visiting your neighbors at least twice a year (no joke). To top that off, office staff is impossible to contact and fees are randomly added to you during your tenure as well as after you leave with no warning or reason.
The office is terrible! They told me it would take 48-72 hours for application to process. Now it’s 5 days and I still don’t know anything! Then when you call the office phone nobody ever answers the phone. Very unprofessional !

The leasing office is highly unprofessional and they don’t have a clue of what customer service is. Save yourself the trouble ... look elsewhere.
My apartment was dirty upon moving in and the sink was leaking! Did inventory on the 20 plus issues and only three issues has been resolved! I’ve put in maintenance request on 9/7/2020 as of today 9/20/2020 maintenance has yet to come and no one from the office has called regarding the work order! Walls are thin dog poop every where! Trash in the breezeway as well as the property this whole property is a disaster! If I had enough money I would have moved and asked for a refund. Do yourself a favor don’t move here you will regret it unless you are use to living in a over priced dirty apartment complex!, No one answers the phone
The units are great but poorly ran. Maintenance slow to respond. The valet trash is a disaster. Front desk staff has had multiple turnover in the just over a year I've worked here. Anything I've needed has required multiple calls or trips to the office and my questions were rarely answered adequately. I have been overcharged multiple times, and problem wasn't solved the next month. The neighborhood could be nice, but it seems like they also have an extremely high turn-over of residents. Mail service (while not in control of the complex) is bordering ridiculous. I've had multiple letters returned to sender, and 75% of the mail i receive is from another unit, or previous tenant.
Moved out last April, left the place spotless, paid everything on time...still got sent to collections for my last bill even though I gave them my forwarding address. When I lived there dog pee in hallways, gates never worked, pool always closed. Management changes all the time. Would not recommend to anyone.
Car broken in 5 times , once I moved out they charged me a $600 fee for carpet replacement when all it needed was cleaning , they are totally a ripoff, would never leave in one of their properties ever again
This is a great place for singles or a family environment. I have enjoyed living in these apartments for most of the two years living here. The staff is great and they are willing to help in any way possible. There are great recreations such as swimming pools, and on site grills. You also have the luxury of attending all of the monthly activities put together by the Cares team.
This is a very nice place to live the area,is well maintained and it has a very nice pool area.The stuff here is very nice,I live in a townhouse and behind the townhouses they have apartments to.We have a store across the street we have grocery stores down the street and food places down the street.They keeps the place very clean it is a very ,very nice place to live.I would recommend it beautiful place to live.
