Would absolutely consider moving here!
To begin, The leasing consultant, Angel, whom resides at the front desk is an absolute rock star. My partner and I visited the complex on a Saturday without an appointment. Immediately we were greeted with a warm smile and our needs be attended. We toured the property almost immediately i upon completing some basic information. First impressions: 1. Dogs are welcomed! ESA registration is very easy with a simple form that many apartments do not have. Ask Angel if you have an ESA/SA prior to moving in for more information, it will be a big relief. 2. Secure lockers for package delivery; 3. Cleanliness of the property; the moment we stepped off of the elevator to view the apartment, one careless resident left their trash out beyond the times designated, to which Angel was able to capture a photo for later notification. (Amazing to see that management cares!). 4. The apartment itself is modern, sleek, clean and located in a great area. 5. Although the complex is “outdoors” meaning the halls have openings unlike other complex’s, this helped to reduce noise and created a very pleasant experience. Had we not found a more suitable apartment to our needs prior to touring this complex, we absolutely would have moved here. Thank you Angel for making the experience so memorable!

Supurb living!
I really love it here, The management at Cortland Craig Ranch, Angela and Karina, are always there helping and making time to sure our needs are met. From the move in and living here, its been very pleasant, including my neighbors that are always cheerful. Maintenance is always pretty quick and professional when there are issues in my apartment. The Mailbox Hub for package is a really big plus as well!! 5/5

Awesome Property!
This apartment is in such a good location off of 121. It’s zoned for great schools, clean, and has a beautiful leasing office. The CM, Kevin, is super friendly. The pool is huge and almost like a resort—and they keep it very clean all summer. Highly recommend

This community has it all. Exceptionally friendly staff and very responsive maintenance team to begin with. The amenities are well kept. Management organize events so we can socialize. Close to grocery, restaurants, shopping. Location is just perfect. You can’t ask for more

We Love Our Apartment Home at Cortland!!!
The grounds stay neat and cleaned. Anytime I make a service call it's accomplished w/in a reasonable amount of time and done w/a smile! Great amenities, the staff is Amazing! I dealt with Kevin super guy makes sure you are satisfied great personality. Also had a pleasure of dealing with Leal who made my move in special. Service team is great. I have VERY noisy neighbors and a consistent nightly knocking on my walls which is the reason for the low rating on my overall experience. I have had to make MANY 12am-3am phone calls to the hotline.

I'm very happy moving into Cortland Craig Ranch. My move in process was super smooth and the office staff guided me through the process. The community is well maintained and the staff here are always helpful. The community events are quite regular and help form the sense of a "community". When one moves to a new apartment, in a new location, the three most desirable things one looks for are 1) a great apartment layout and neighborhood 2) proximity to shopping areas like Target and Walmart 3) a supportive staff who walks the extra mile to help you settle. Cortland Craig Ranch checks on all three and more. Since day one we have been extremely comfortable. We had checked other locations as well but finalizing this place was the best decision. I couldn't be happier with the community team, the appearance of the homes, and the beautiful new renovations on the grounds. The new pool furniture is beautiful and the grilling areas look modern and fresh. it's a wonderful place to raise a family.

Great living space- staff wonderful!
Cortland at Craig Ranch is an awesome living community that has plenty of areas for outside activities/ enjoyment. The staff take great pride in complex maintenance and address tenants concerns as quickly as possible. Staff are always friendly and very approachable. If your looking for a great complex close to shopping with easy access to major roadways- Cortland at Craig Ranch is for you!

Overall, we love the location next to shopping, restaurants, highways. Its reasonably affordable and close to outdoor trails where we can go on walks with our dog. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming which creates a positive community. We go into the office often to grab a drink at the coffee bar and say hello to the staff! Its been a great experience thus far living here for almost half a year.

Craig Ranch has the best community and management team Ive worked with - always attentive and quick to support. This is one of the few communities where you see residents hanging out in the courtyard and bbq pits! Love it!

I'm loving it!
Its a sense of community that is lead by a wonderful team in the office. Any issue or concerns are addressed immediately; service requests are promptly tended to. It's my 3rd year here and there are constant upgrades to the community. I'm loving it more and more everyday.

Cortland Craig Ranch overall is a great apartment community to live in. The price is the best around the north Dallas area for luxury apartments, and the location is superb. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery options and shopping within a 5-minute walk, and way more within a 15-minute drive. The place is well-kept and clean outside, and the apartments are laid out very well (at least my wife and my apartment is!). I would highly recommend Cortland Craig Ranch to anyone considering an apartment near the McKinney/Frisco/Allen/Plano area.

Cortland Craig Ranch is in a very nice and convenient location. I've lived in McKinney for over 10 yrs and this is my 3rd Apartment Community. The management team has recently did a lot of beauty improvements to the property. The apartments are a really good size and for the most part the residents are really friendly. I think Cortland Criag Ranch is a great place to call home.

Cortland Craig Ranch refused yo allow me out of a remaining 3 month lease when I was forced to evacuate my flooded apt due to the winter tempatures dropping and busting a main sprinkler line 3 levels above me. My apt was the only one affected in this complex so the impact to this company would have been minimal, but ended being extremely painful for me as a senior citizen. Now I will need to move again after just 3 months. No compassion and no offer to assist in anyway at all.

Excellent community
We have been living in Cortland Craig Ranch for almost a year now and it has been one of the best decisions we have ever made. Besides being in one of the best areas if not the best area of McKinney and Northern Dallas the apartment complex is always in very good standing. The service maintenance crew is one of the best I ever seen when I compare them to other communities we have lived in. They are well qualified for the job. If we request a service to be done in our apartment it is always done within reasonable timeframe and in a very professional way. We also would like to congratulate the lease specialists for doing such a wonderful job before and after we moved to Cortland. They are always available for any questions or concerns that we have and always trying to do their best. Celso and Tory thank you both for make us feel like part of the family. Also we would like to emphasize that management, Alina and Kristine are always available for any questions, concerns and in resolving any issues that might arise. You two are doing a wonderful job in managing the complex in every aspect, Thanks for keeping our community safe, nice and clean, friendly environment among all neighbors but also applying the norms and regulations when needed.
