Property Ratings at Arista Flats
The management company refused to replace my furnace for an entire winter season, forcing me to use a space heater, which led to $500 extra and heating cost that I had to pay. Currently, I am being overcharged for water, maintenance Refused to fix the leaking toilet, and now the office is giving me the runaround about paying the extra money every month. My water bill has doubled. Don’t run here unless you wanna roll the dice on whether or not your appliances work, leaks are fixed and you pay what you think you should prefused to fix the leaking toilet, and now the office is giving me the runaround about paying the extra money every month. My water bill has doubled. Don’t rent here unless you want to pay for what management won’t fix.
The staff is miserably incompetent and they don't have nearly enough maintenance crew. Do not move in here. We're still waiting on repairs from our move-in checklist at the end of October, and we moved in at the end of July, they said it would all be repaired in 30 days. There was a shooting and hostage situation here 6 weeks ago and they still haven't repaired the windows or bullet holes. I have to walk over the broken glass that keeps falling from the shot-out windows every single day on my way into my apartment.
It is a great property but by far the worst management i’ve ever seen. you can call for a week straight to try and get an answer about something and when you finally get ahold of someone they are rude and dismissive, in terms of maintenance it is also very slow and tedious. And the “private” parking you pay for will always be broken and never fixed . I do not recommend living here at all
This place does not care about you. It does not care about the community. When you’ve issued complaints about your upstairs neighbor banging on their drums as loudly as they can, they will do nothing. They will increase rent without notice, and there’s dog poop (in bags and not in bags) everywhere. These people collect money and go home. They don’t care about you. It’s not clean, it’s not quite, it’s awful.
I lived in the complex from 2014-2022. When owned by Amli, the property and office staff were AMAZING!! The property was bought out in October 2021, and EVERYTHING plummeted. The grounds are unkept, and the dog waste bins are always overflowing. The package room door that is supposed to be locked was broken for months, leaving packages available for anyone to walk in and take, especially since the cameras were also inoperable. They changed the date for rent to be considered late from the 3rd to the 9th, however, will put a notice on your door, showing ALL of your private information (first & last name, and rent amount) on the 4th. The old company would fold the notice to hide your personal information. IF you need to take advantage of paying rent past the 4th, DO NOT. After the 4th, they only allow you to pay with a check or credit card and the credit card feature charges a huge fee. My dryer broke on the Saturday of a holiday weekend. I called the leasing office immediately, but was told the one maintenance person working “didn’t feel comfortable working on dryers.” I was told I could take my clothes to a vacant unit in my building and use the dryer there. The office stated someone from maintenance would call to schedule a time to repair my dryer, but no one ever did. My file states to call before entering due to having a dog. However, I returned home the following week from work only to find out maintenance entered my apartment without approval. They started a valet trash service that you can’t opt out of. Our breezeways are not fire coded to have trash in them. The fire marshal stated they needed to stop the valet service, but they haven't. They raised all of the additional fees without notice and stated the Waste Management raised their fees. Several tenants called WM, and were told there were no fee increases. I received my renewal notice, and my rent increased by $600! I immediately reached out to the office, who agreed it wasn't correct, and that they would issue a new one Instead, I got a non-renewal notice. I went to the office and their response was, "we don't have to give a reason." While I do understand that they have every right to not renew a lease, I do not understand why they would issue a renewal notice, only to revoke it without just cause. The new management DOES not care to get to know residents. They are just there to collect rent and issue non-renewals.
My wife and I love it here. We sleep well due to it being quiet. We love that we can walk down the street and get something to eat and drinks, the pet spa has been a very nice amenity. Even my dog loves it here. The package area is very secure.
The place is absolutely beautiful! Amazing help! The gym is great! The little shopping center with the food is a-omazing. And Im in the middle of everything! Boulder, Denver.. the mall.. WALMART EVERYTHING! Love it.
I really like living here. Love the Floorplan we chose and although I expect some noise (it is aparment living after all) its fairly quiet. Love the dog park. The pool area looks nice too.
Amazing staff, lovely area, great amenities, best practices, always a pleasure to wake up in the morning to this community.
Awesome experience from the day we did the tour. Very happy to live at AMLI Arista. Sense of community. Nice amenities. Nice area all around.
Love my new apartment! The whole process to lease the apartment and move in went very smoothly. I love the location and the businesses nearby are great! Love being able to walk to restaurants and plenty of green spaces. Overall, a really nice place to live!!!
This is quite a family team striving to protect, provide and promote a safe and relaxing community for the sake of their residents. Cheers to this management and maintenance group who are very caring. Keep up the fantastic work effort!
Wonderful staff and community. The dog washing station is a godsend, and the walking distance to parks, the first bank center, bus stations, etc is very convenient.
My first preference for selecting a community was the management. Tyler and Brittney is so helpful. They are the first reason for selecting this community. The second one was the location which is absolutely perfect. The third one was the apartment which I simply love; I feel like I have found a home I have been looking for since 3 years. I am very happy with everything here- the staff, the unit, cleanliness while move-in, the view, and the location.
Wonderful living experience! Nice units that are very well maintained. Great community features, lot of folks walking their dogs, yummy and fun restaurants and easy location to get downtown or Boulder.
The AMLI Arista community and apartments are a pleasant and affordable place to live, but some of the older apartments in the community need better maintenance and cleaning prior to moving in.
Amli strives to be the best at what they do, and it shows. From the attention to detail, to attentiveness on maintenance requests, they constantly deliver amazing customer satisfaction. Thanks Amli!
This is the best Apartment Community in the City of Broomfield CO.
AMLI/Broomfield has a great team & beautiful apartments!!! We have loved our apartment/garage together but also the maintenance staff, is amazing!!! No regrets living here & this IS the place!!!
While it is a decent place to live, addressing loud neighbors is not a priority.
Everyone is so welcoming and nice here. The leasing staff is fantastic and do everything they can for this community
The management team made me feel like I had found my home before I even signed the lease! That's not even mentioning the private off-street parking, beautiful apartment features, in-unit W/D, fast access to US 36, and restaurants and entertainment within walking distance! So glad I found this place!
Great community. Well maintained. Management is awesome. We're very happy here!
My favorite apartment and overall experience by far! Love living here and all the perks it has to offer!
Living at Amli for almost 3 years has been wonderful! The location for our specific jobs is absolutely convenient, and the management is always there with an open ear. Dog friendly, clean, and smoke-free is a good reason why we choose to stay here. Plus the community around us awesome restaurants and cafe's, a tap room, and a brewery not too far away.
The walls seem to be made of cardboard, the doors and windows are poorly installed due to the open spaced and all the air that comes through them. Loud tenants that slam doors and stomp up the stairs. Nice and friendly staff in the office as well as outside the office. Nice area to walk or run. Places to eat that are close by as well as food trucks. Convenient location near the mall and other stores.
Location: The main reason we chose this apartment was that it's basically RTD Broomfield Station. You can take the FF1 to both Denver and Boulder, which worked for a household of students who went to school/worked in both cities. I also used the local buses to get to work. -Amenities: One of us used the gym regularly and saved himself a membership fee. You can't really easily walk to a grocery store/market or anything, but there is a liquor store and some cafes. The neighborhood is great for walks with more dogs than I've ever seen in any other community. There's free printing in the leasing office. -Management/Staff: Polite and helpful. Quick maintenance. -Apartment/Appliances: The apartment was spacious with lots of storage and good noise buffering between rooms. Great kitchen and bathrooms. Appliances were kind of questionable. We had to run our dryer 2-3 times every laundry load. Still better than having to go to a separate building/use quarters. I felt like I was always unclogging the bathroom sink. Everything was carpeted, which I honestly kind of hated because I was always stressed about keeping it clean. The paint on the windowsills/cabinets never seemed to fully set. -Price: Pretty good for Denver Metro lately, especially considering all the perks, but we got the cheapest apartment and split it three ways. When our situation changed, it became too expensive. Neighborhood: We got a lot of emails about theft and interacted with some strange people when we walked really late at night, but I always felt fine there. I do think first-floor apartments could have used double locks or something. We didn't have any rude/nosy/crazy neighbors. I could barely hear neighbors. Sometimes car hobbyists/drag racers would use the neighborhood as a turn-around point and the engine revving made us a little crazy sometimes. As a person in their early twenties, I generally felt pretty spoiled here.
Overall, Id give my experience at Amli Arista 4/5 stars. We love where we live, management is competent and friendly, maintenance is prompt and usually accurate in fixing issues, and the community is overall nice. I take 1 star away due to the dated look of the units, quality of some parts of the units, and some lacking community/amenity areas. There have been a couple of items we have found in our unit since moving in that we deem questionable; there is evidence that there was water damage through the roof in our unit, there is evidence that one bathroom had plumbing failures, the AC will make a squeaking sound when it cycles off (asked maintenance to look into it and essentially was told there was no sound and we were wrong so now we just suffer through it in the warmer months), and the oven has an issue with the light/door sensor whenever in use. However, so far nothing has been HEAVILY detrimental to our day to day life, just mostly annoying. The community amenities could definitely be added to or improved, ex: other communities have year round pools and hot tubs amli does not. Community is quiet, but I also have only lived here during covid so not sure what the noise level is like when the first bank center is open, but have been told by past residents it gets pretty noisy. Again, overall, good place to live, nothing too terrible especially when considering this is an apartment complex and not a community of single family homes. When the time comes, we will most likely renew our lease and continue our stay here.
I love this place! Very happy that we moved here and became apart of the fAMLI.
Nice community, management super friendly and very helpful staff
The people in the office are always so nice and helpful! No matter what:)
Great location, good sense of community but also privacy, beautiful apartment with a park around the corner.
The apartment is nice, feels safe, and is generally quiet. People walking around bother those on the bottom floor, but otherwise it is a great place to live.
The Amli has the best apartment staff I've ever lived at. They answer the phone everytime... Anything I've ever requested they've helped out immediately. They're super friendly and helpful...just recently, I forgot my keys one night and the super awesome matinence guy came within 10 minutes late at night to let me into my apartment. They are all great! They even wave to me if I'm walking around the complex. :)
AMLI at Arista is conveniently located between Boulder and Denver making it a phenomenal spot. The community is well-cared for and you'll be in good hands, especially if you meet Thomas.
There are many benefits to living in Amli Arista: great location, safe area, modern apartment homes, and very friendly and helpful leasing office and maintenance staff.
Amli is a great bargain, handles maintenance requests promptly, and is a good community of residents.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The complex is pet-friendly, a major plus. I think they should upgrade their low-level appliances to accurate reflect their description of "luxury." The package room is neither organized nor secure, and although I do receive most of my packages, I often have to search hard for them. In three instances, I have not received them at all.
Overall excellent experience.
This community is a community, they care for and respect the residents and always respond when needed to whatever the issue may be. The entire staff and maintenance team are personable and never ignore or disregard. The amenities and locale are perfect for anyone who needs things within easy reach.
Move in was a breeze, my unit is gorgeous, and the staff are all amazing.
It's a really great community to live in!
Staff is amazing and always responds immediately!!
Arista at AMLI is worth the price for the quality of people that work here. They make the community great!
Its a great space to live, with a great environment
Excellent
Our first month an Amli Arista has been good. The apartment is well insulated and our electric bill is super low compared to our last apartment. The neighbors are warm and welcoming and we havent had any problems with noise so far. We really enjoy how walkable the community is, especially while having a dog. The apartment layout is sometimes a bit weird (seems like a lot of unusable space or weirdly used space) but overall we enjoy our apartment. Maintenance is usually prompt for appointments. The front desk staff is attentive and informative. Definitely a nice place to live and I would recommend it to a friend
