Hi my name is Floyd and i am transitioning from living up north for 48 years and the process of moving can be and is stessful so Yamely helped a great deal with the final parts of the move because I was exhausted.First impressions mean a lot to me and I sincerly think she will have that same type of spirit when it comes to any other type of things that may occur. Although this is the beginning my wife feels good about this place and if shes satisfied i am satisfied.
Not only is the apartment homes very nice but the property manager and staff were a delight to work with as well. I recommend this property to anyone.

The Avenue is my first choice. I love the location because it is away from the Main road. I like having dual entrance and exit to the property. The pool area is nice ( we have 2??) and I’m so happy to have a dog park.

The office crew don't know what they are doing. My mail was lost because of that office. They make up excuses to make more money. Nothing but a cash grab. They even try and sweeten the deal just to get someone to sign because they have no one filling the apartments. There was a shooting there. So not at all safe for family with kids. And if you all don't believe me, the shooting was on the news. I am getting an Early release from my lease. Cause I'm over this complex in incompetent crew..

A man tried to break into my apartment. The complex did nothing to help! I am female And lived alone, so I had no choice but to move, and I was charged over $4,000 for that!

Rentamos uno de estos apartamentos por 1 ano, faltando unos 3 meses para cumplirse el contrato, me acerque a la oficina para investigar de cuanto seria el aumento sorpresa que cada ano experimentan los apartamentos, aumento por el cual casi todos los inquilinos deciden no renovar el contrato, es increible la cantidad de personas que mensualmente se muda de esos apartamentos, siempre me preguntaba que porque, hasta que finalmente me di cuenta de cual era la razon, y es que el aumento anual es tan absurdo que es como diciendo a los inquilinos, mudense. Al parecer a esta compania lo que le interesa es que las personas se muden anualmente y hacer nuevos contratos, donde se le haga el famoso deposito, mismo con el cual al mudarse los inquilinos reparan por completo los apartamentos para alquilarlos como nuevo, pero con a costa del anterior inquilino. Tuve que tomar la decision de mudarme, ya que ese es su objetivo, al mudarnos y entregar la llave del apartamento, nos dijeron que revisarian el mismo y que en 2 semanas nos mandarian una carta por correo diciendo lo que nos iban a devolver del deposito que habiamos dado. Para nuestra sorpresa, nos enviaron una carta, pero diciendo que quedabamos debiendo la suma de US$206, se quedaron con nuestro deposito de manera fraudulenta, aqui el detalle de lo que nos cobraron: 1- una pared de la cocina tenia una parte donde habia que pasarle un poco de pintura, sin embargo nos cobraron la pintura completa del apartamento. 2- En una de las habitaciones, logicamente por el uso de un ano completo viviendo en un apartamento (Cabe resaltar, que la administracion quiere que le entregues el apartamento intacto, tal cual como te lo entregaron, o sea, que en un ano que tu utilizas el apartamento es solo para mirarlo desde fuera, tu pagas solo para mirar el apartamento, no para vivirlo aparentemente, porque por logica, una cosa que tu utilizas por un ano, cuando transcurre el ano no puede estar intacta, es ilogico totalmente, ellos lo que hacen es reparar el apartamento por completo con tu dinero del deposito y los 12 meses de renta que tu le pagaste a ellos simplemente fue su ganancia al 100%, me imagino que asi le hacen a todos sus inquilinos), la alfombra estaba un poco sucia y tenia un poco de slime, lo cual se resolvia perfectamente con una limpieza profunda de la alfombra, pero no, esta compania nos cobro US$900 dolares por el cambio completo de la alfombra, entre otras cosas que no vale ni siquiera la pena mencionar.

I've been living her for 3 years and love my community. The staff is courteous and friendly and willing to help. I love the renovations the property has made and how they're striving to make this an even better community. Shout to the property management company for taking care of the property and reinvesting in it.
They told my wife and I there's an application fee for married couple which is different from from applying as singles. We also had to pay for administration fee. This we agreed to, knowing it's standard procedures for renting an apartment. After applying, we were told we've been denied because of 2 evictions on our record. I told them this couldn't be and we'll investigate. Furthermore, the person who was handling our application told us if we can verify that there's reconciliation with the the evictions we'll be approved. Over a couple of days, we provided all the documents required, got taken on a tour with our kids to view the apartment and was lead to believe everything is going well. Over the next few days, we've been following up on the process and still told everything is going good because they were able to verify with our previous and current renters that everything was reconciled. I got a call sometime after that we were denied by upper management because our records still show the evictions. We were told to contact the party that provide back ground and credit check with the verification documents again, which we did. Two weeks past, yet to get a word from them. We called back about the application fee for couples because we were charged as singles. We were told if we were approved the difference would apply to the rent. After going back and forth about this, we were told the difference will be mailed to us and it could take up to 2 weeks.
I am happy as can be. When I renewed my lease I was given free pizza and a drink and the office staff made it super easy for me. They had my lease printed out and I was able to enjoy their company coming from a long day of work and I didn't even have to cook dinner! The property manager let me take extra slices for my husband and kids. It really meant a lot for me that they now provide great service and truly care about the residents, because it was not like this before.
I have been living here for 4 years and there have been a lot of management changes but this by far has been the best. They have a POLICE OFFICER patrol the community and I love that. Yes the price has gone up but there has also been a lot of changes, I love my home and I love the community.
Its the cheapest rent in the area and the place looks great. Best for what you can get. In the area prices are extremely high, this place was the most reasonable but you still get everything you need.
I have been living here for 5 years now, and I can honestly say its been rocky, but with the new company I feel like they truly care. The office and the apartments are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT!!! THE NEW LOOK IS AWESOME!! They are painting the buildings and renovating the entire apartments inside, it has been somewhat uncomfortable having people come in and out, but the end result is amazing. I just renewed my lease and I was expecting like a $200 increase because of all the upgrades but my renewal was significantly lower then expected. I am one happy camper!!
Today the staff was out front with a table stopping cars and handing out carnations and a small bag of candy to the resident for Valentines Day that was so awesome. I have never lived anywhere that has ever been done. Such a nice gesture on their part. Thank You! It is appreciated.
This apartment complex is AWFUL. Other than my move in process I have nothing good to say about this place. Management changed at least 3 times during my Lease term. There is NO washer and dryer hook ups in the 1 bedrooms and the wash room was always packed because half of the machines either didn't work or were in use. The machines took my money often as well. Management NEVER returns calls and are rarely in the office. I had to leave work early a few times just to speak to them in person because they don't answer or return calls. They never resolved issues that were reported. There was a stray cat in my complex that went through everyone's trash and left the complex a complete mess. We would have to clean up the mess on our own. My move out process is what made this tragedy even worse. They LOST my inventory sheet that I am 120% sure I turned in. I know because I was with a friend when it was turned in. They charged me for the VERY SAME things I marked down. I was not given ANY of my deposit back and in fact I was given an additional bill. I will be taking them to court. They also FAILED to give me the courtesy 60 day notice form to renew my lease. Don't waste your time here.
While this complex is located in a great area, the poor management and lack of actual amenities definitely detract from any possible positives. Firstly, although you will be forced to pay for valet trash, trash will never be picked up within the window they claim. Bags will rip when the trash is picked up and trash will be strewn all over the stairs. No one will do anything about it. Next, good luck trying to get in to do laundry. The machines are ridiculously expensive and small and often all of them are monopolized by a single family. Ants are a serious problem. The "bark park" is a fenced in area with a bench, a trash can for pet waste, and a state of the art agility course that is comprised of approximately three hoops. The model will not look like the apartment you move in to. The entire management seems to be fully invested in the "bait and switch" model of conducting business. Renter, beware!

landmark at Vizcaya lakes, is one the best places to live. Great grounds, staff support, and constant upgrades.
Landmark at Stafford Landing not a bad apartment complex a little expensive for what it is to be honest but i like it i have good people all around me and the people in the office are really nice as well as the maintenance crew really reliable and fast. There is a walmart like 2 miles away wich is good a publix right across the street a mall a mile away a walgreens and a mcdonnalds just right in the entrance of the apartment complex i would say its pretty good.
Been living here 16 years and boy has this complex changed. Management has changed about 5 times, security is inconsistent and they don't care about the cleanliness about my neighborhood. So sad the neighborhood I grew up in is deteriorating right in front of eyes. Praying for a turnaround and looking for somewhere knew too.
