What a wonderful community! These are apartments are huge with lots of windows! The staff is super friendly and they always have a smile! Love living here.
I have lived here for 4 years now and I love it! The new management is great and are making amazing upgrades to the community.
If you are thinking of renting an apartment at Seaglass, you should know that your rent will continue to increase every year, so plan ahead. I have lived at Seaglass for 2 years. My rent has increased each time. I could understand if the rent increased 50 to 75 dollars each year, but this is not the case. In the two years that I have lived at Seaglass, I have seen so many people move in and out. The rent increases are substantial and this is why people continue to leave. If you decide to move into Seaglass, just plan ahead, because your rent will increase close to $200 a month. If you are looking to rent an apartment for a short term, Seaglass may be a good fit for you. If you are looking to lay down your roots and rent an apartment longer than 2 years, I would look somewhere else because the rents are high and the rent increases at Seaglass are substantial. The office staff at Seaglass are very efficient in managing the property. It is a good place to live. The ongoing rent increases are probably dictated by the property owner. I understand that the great staff has a job to do. I personally feel that if Seaglass focused on retaining good renters, and didn't have such substantial rent increases, Seaglass would not have the turnaround it currently has. People are moving in and out of here all the time. The rent increases are substantial, so please factor that into your budget as you decide where to rent.

I had a great experience from the beginning. They were accommodating as I was moving from out of state for a new job here and my move happened within a week. My apartment was clean, updated and large, the neighborhood is safe, the office staff are more than willing to help with any and all questions. The pool is beautiful, the grounds are well kept. They put in a new dog park and it is well maintained. People with dogs are respectful of each other and clean up behind their pets. It is worth every penny. I would highly recommend living here.

Super convenient place, close to everything, walking dust to beach, best schools in Florida Pool, grill, office with complimentary Starbucks coffee, new gym, lake and even outside gas fireplace in common area Great management team!!!
I had another great experience today at Seaglass at Ponte Vedra Beach. This is the fourth time that I have been beyond pleased with the staff and management at Seaglass. I am posting this because I have noticed that since ZRS management has acquired the property management contract, things have been quite different. I moved here in early 2016. This is my personal perspective based on my personal observation and interaction with Seaglass staff. I work at home full time and also work for myself independently and I am quite pleased with this community. It is really a great community for me to live and work. The residents who own pets are highly respectful and pick up after their pet. I love that the residents here are hard-working professionals that care about their community. Since ZRS management has acquired the property at Seaglass, I have noticed a new element of professionalism. I appreciate the most recent changes, and I look forward to ZRS maintaining property management here at Seaglass. Since there has been a positive change since new management came in, I renewed my lease today.

Worst place ever! Cant wait to leave after lease is up.
We rent 1bd. rent is $1200 a month, water is not included. $35 for that, $14.95 for "valet" garbage 5 days a week. Don't be fooled like we were. We signed a yr. lease, as soon as it's up we're moving. They slapped on some paint, said "renovated". Haha.
I signed my lease in May of this year, as soon as I moved in I noticed a lot of new employees in the management office. In my lease that I signed included Services and Amenities that are no longer being offered. New management are painting and remolding the patios that used to be closed in,, now if I like it or not it will be exposed to the elements. this past Summer I could not enjoy the pool because the quality of the water was horrible, it was green, you could not see the drain cover, they worst part was they keep it open to the tenants, they obviously have no regard for anyone's Health. Management don't process service requests and work orders, I've been waiting for my bathroom tiles, shower door to be repaired for over 5 months. DO yourself a favor!!!!!!!!!!!Stay Away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2bd 2bth, washer dryer. 1300 sq ft. $1089m, water included. Great maintenance! Pool, community grill. Pet friendly. Managers work with late rent. Best place I've ever resided in.
