For a city that didn't even have a stoplight until 2007, Kyle has become one of the fastest-growing cities in Texas. Part of that is due to its location -- it sits just south of Austin on I-35, roughly an hour northeast of San Antonio. Today, Kyle doesn't just have stoplights -- it's also the location of Seton Medical Center Hays and several other medical facilities, as well as Austin Community College Hays, Austin Community College-Hays Campus, several shopping plazas, and a terrific downtown.
Kyle is home to beautiful parks, a golf course, and several community festivals and events. After moving to a Kyle apartment, be sure to attend the Founders Parade, Kyle Hogwash, and Kyle Field Day. Kyle's 600 acres of park space includes Steeplechase Park along Plum Creek and the Lake Kyle and Plum Creek Preserve.

Never have I ever had an apartment complex follow up with me the way Ariza did! Once I moved in there were a few things I needed maintenance for but they responded so quickly! 10/10 recommend!
This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived at hands down. Maintenance is always on point and the ladies up front are always so helpful!
Easily the cleanest and safest place I've ever lived. Removed from the bustle of city life, but not too far away from anything you want. The front office team is great and if there is an issue they are quick to remedy it. They are always smiling and offering suggestions about the area. Location is great as you can pop on 1626 to get into Austin and avoid I35 traffic if needed, as well as being right by a major shopping area mins away with a Target, HEB, and tons of food options. Very dog friendly community with a huge dog park that my pup loves. Large resort style pool which features mini waterfalls and has plenty of space. Also, the pool is never too busy so sometimes I have it all to myself. Those two amenities were the biggest selling points for me in addition to flexible lease terms and the stellar Google rating. Hands down one of the best quality properties you'll find in the Kyle/Buda corridor.
The front staff are very friendly and responsive during the initial process. However, once you are moved in they are very dismissive and not understanding so be careful when issues arise. Also, the exit gate is ALWAYS open so it's not a true gated community. The interior is suffice if you have low standards , we are still waiting for celling fan to fall off because it was not attached properly at move in. However, like I said, it is difficult to get these things addressed once you are tenant. We will not be renewing our contract and there are multiple other places around town so make sure you do a thorough research before committing here. Also, I think it is odd that neighbors have warned me about towing and some of them have had friends towed several times which apparently cost almost $320 without notification. It makes me nervous to have friends over as I have seen the tow truck lingering/camping in the parking lot here.
I am normally not a person who writes reviews much, but Ariza Plum Creek has been such an amazing experience. Between the upkept units to the views, this apartment exceeded my expectation. All of the management is lovely to work with and are willing to help whenever I’ve needed. Best place I’ve called “home” so far.

Moved in August of 2019. It has been perfect here. Office is friendly and quick. We live in the medium size one bedroom and it's amazing. Any time we need maintenance is super quick. We'll put in a service request 10 PM at night and they'll get it done by noon the next day. Highly recommend.

The front office is super helpful! From looking for an apartment to move in to living here they have answered every questions I have. The maintenance team is also great and quickly respond when/if I have an issue. I love being here! The apartments are also beautiful and spacious!!

i loved this place because of the interactions i had with the office an with maintenance , The office was always one step ahead on letting me know things ahead of time an were super helpful when it came to apartment issues, on the maintenance side of things they would come in for work orders an not only would they fix the issue but would also explain why there was an issue , They were super nice and informative , this is definitely he best group of people i have met thus far at any appt complex.

Moved into Ariza in April and I have enjoyed it so far. The pool is spectacular. Parking can get a little tight but you manage. Really enjoy Carlos in the front office.
